Accomodation inside an apartment, for me a little old building but their unit seems renovated full. My room at 6th floor, provided with refrigerator, oven, tea, coffee and table at hall area, and the important is walking distance to Chiayi Train Station. Staffs who I met while morning or night really responsive to my questions and good in English also Everything went very good !

I was at Team Room, why bottom bed thin size and upper thick size

The room was very nice and tidy, and the bed was very comfortable. They provided all amenities like towels, soap etc. They also asked if we needed a toothbrush. The check-in staff were very helpful, especially with payment. They also allowed us to leave our bags before the check-in time and helped us find a bus to where we wanted to go. I liked how the doors were all locked using a code, though it may be hard to remember at first, it is much better than worrying about loosing a key card.

The only thing I didn't like so much was the bathroom. It is a small wetroom that includes the toilet, shower, and sink, separated by a curtain. The "shower" area was very small and awkward. This being said, compared to other places I've stayed at, the wet room was very clean and the curtain did a good job of stopping the water from getting the clothes/towels wet.

Location is great, very close to the bus/train station. Next to a great veg restaurant as well. Beds are confortable, you have a small tablet to put your stuff, curtains and everything.

The welcome was a bit cold. Not a single smile, I arrived and got asked "reservation??" in a kind of rude way. It's fine but if course the first impression could have been better.

Very clean. Just 3mins walk to the train station and 1min walk to ubike station and art museum. Very prompt response and service by the staff. The owner has made a map with great recommendations (that help to support local businesses) around Chiayi, which is very useful and handy!

Staffs are not very proactive but still helpful when you ask for help. Would be better if the staffs are more proactive to engage with guests

Very clean, quiet and right by the train station with nice cold AC. The staff are very sweet and allowed us to store our bikes inside which was appreciated. Would especially recommend the deluxe quadruple room which has an incredible city view.

The bathroom was quite cramped but perfectly functional.

Nice room with comfortable space, big window, helpful staff, location is very close to Chiayi Train Station so if you plan to go to Alishan early in the morning this hotel is a great choice. The hotel also have useful map to show near-by eateries with great food.

Room floor is not that clean, there were hairs scattering around the floor

Room was great as shown in the photos, with a nice view, clean, comfortable and well furnished. Common dining area is also nice and cosy. Location is great, a short walk from the main train station. All digital locks so check out is fuss free.

The hotel and room are so beautiful and comfortable!But the shower is so small…

The shower and toilet are connected. Just one curtain to separate them. It’s so crowded when we are taking a shower.

Just a short stay , location is great n convenient, but not easy to find the building as u need call the owner or caretaker. Overall cleaning & stay is good. staff is nice. Nice room design.

Staff and location amazing! The rooms are super small (the beds are really squeezed together) and not much space to put your stuff when there are others staying too.
