Great location. Friendly staff. Convenient luggage storage for multiple days whilst we went to Alishan. Nice that they offer motorbike and bicycle rental as well. Old, but clean.

Breakfast wasn't the best. Especially for vegetarians. Soy milk was burnt, milk tasted strange, bread was slightly stale. Other than that, it was ok. "Does the job" for the price. Bed was not the most comfy.

It was a very walkable location for us. We were able to walk from the train station and find the hotel easy. A fun walk up through the alleys to go check out the night market as well. We had breakfast in the lobby, which had options for all. We were happy to be able to find turkey rice here. The only staff we interacted with was the front desk but they were friendly and knew enough English for us to check in easily.

The shower floor was a bit slippery, and water spilled out beneath the door of the shower.

Perfectly located just a short walk from the train station, making it incredibly convenient for us. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the breakfast offered is nice and satisfying. The hotel is within easy walking distance of the vibrant night market

It's only 5 minutes flat walk from Chiayi Train Station so it's very convenient for us to catch the 6.05am public bus from the train station to Alishan. The hotel is just off a main street so it's fairly quiet at night.

The room is on the small size but it's ok for just one night

Have stayed at this hotel many times, reasonable price, clean and comfortable, rich breakfast, also, use a disposable toilet. 5 minutes walk from the train station. And, just a 10-minute walk to the famous night market, enjoy shopping

Good location, close to the train station so perfect for taking the train/bus to Alishan. Breakfast is good and in Chinese style with early breakfast time so you can catch the first bus to Alishan.

Rooms seem a bit dated. No powerplug next to the bed.

Convenient location near the railway station. The hotel was modern and in good condition.

The inside of my room was good, but the window faced into a deep well, providing only a small amount of daylight and looking onto a blank wall.

This is the fourth time to stay at this hotel. The breakfast buffet has a rich Chinese and Western style. Enjoy this hotel very much.

The location was convenient and close to a lot of places for shopping and eating. They offer renting services for bikes and scooters, so that made it easier for those who need to get around Chiayi city. The cleaning staff was very nice and greeted me out of the hotel.
