Good location and comfy room. The hotel is just next to a night food street. There is a coffee machine at the lobby where you can make your own coffee FOC which is a plus when we were made to wait at the lobby until 3pm SHARP for the check in.

We took a red-eye flight there and were very tired when we reached the hotel. The staff wouldn't allow us to check-in earlier, not even 10 mins earlier! They actually made ALL the guests wait at the lobby until 3pm and we had to go to them again at 3pm to ask them if we can check-in already. One of the front desk staff was not friendly too.

I love the location of the hotel, come out and there is a whole stretch of nice food and things to shop. The staff and receiptionist are friendly and helpful! i love that they gave me a nice smelling washing pod when we wanted to wash our clothes at their laundry room. Laundry machine working well too as our clothes are cleaned and smelled fresh after wash and dry. the room are clean and nice with all the needed amenities! bed are comfy, lots of channels to watch on TV too. The breakfast buffet spread is awesome, mixture of western and chinese food which i love! overall i will definitely recommended this hotel and will stay here again when i visit Chiayi in future.

Excellent location, just beside the night market. A lot of food and drink able to find in nearby area. Breakfast variety is exceptional, we really like the hot food before morning hike. And the staff help us to keep the luggages for a few days when we travel to Alishan. It is so convenient for us instead of keeping in the lockers inside train station.

A bit distance from Chiayi train station, especially if you travel with multiple big luggages.

Very good location. The night market is nearby and the Chiayi train station is a 20 minute walk. Amazing breakfast, so many delicious options. The room was clean and spacious and the beds were comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The ceiling in our room on the 8th floor was very low. If you are 6ft or taller, your head will be touching the ceiling while you are having a shower!

Great location and very attractive lobby. Quite elegant! Good bathroom set up snd comfy linens/bed. Breakfast was heavy Asian with few western options but good coffee and cereal/milk choice. Very nice staff. Loved proximity to night market and train/bus stations. Found a great bar nearby - perfect Negroni!

The hotel is located right next to Wenhua Night Market and super convenient. There is also free washing machine in the hotel.

The walls weren't sound proof and we could hear occasional noise from the next door. The pillows were too soft and uncomfortable for us. The buffet breakfast provided are rather limited in choicea

Location was next to night market. Good food around the hotel. the bath tub was big and good. Breakfast was very awesome, lots of variety.

Staff was not helpful. My wife asked for sugar and the staff asked her to go to the receptionist to collect. I was surprised by the answer. From service industry this should not be the case. Not much facilities for work out.

Conveniently located right beside chiayi night market. Staff were very friendly and helpful, going out of their way to provide directions and updates to tourist destinations.

Not easily accessible, better advice would be to take a taxi to reach the hotel from the train station. Vice versa, hotel staff also recommends taking a taxi to the station if you are traveling out . Hotel staff will provide estimated cost of taxi fare so can ask them to assist you to book a taxi.

The hotel is very accessible to the nearby night market. Hotel room is comfortable and nice. Nice to have bath salt and facial mask as part of the toiletries. Breakfast is good with quite good variety and selection.

The configuration of our double room makes the room small with limited space for luggage and packing. May want to consider providing 2 facial masks so that both guests can have a mask each to soothe their faces 😃

The night market is just right next to the hotel. Though so, you can’t really hear the noise from it. The evening city view, is also just absolutely amazing! Great variety of stores and restaurants. We go back to the hotel satisfied all the nights we stayed.
