It’s modern, in comparison to many other accommodations in Taiwan. The beds were comfortable (matrasses towards hard side, but I love that) and breakfast was sufficient.

The room was full of mold, both in bathroom as well as in the sleeping room. At the breakfast sometimes we needed to ask for food as they run out of things and didn’t refill.

A place you will keep visiting when you travel to CiaYi. Caiyi is a samll city and crowded, so if you stay here you can visit else sightseeing spots convinently. not only their room price is quiet reasonable but they provide fresh and delicious chinses style breakfast. This is a great bonus. All you can eat and all you can drink. Have it and you will thanks God.

The room with small balcony meet our needs, it was comfortable, a good bed, and quiet. It had plenty of space to spread our gear out. The Breakfast selection provided each day was tasty and well set out. The reception/ lounge area has been tasteful decorated with fun lamps. The staff were helpful arranging taxis.

Perhaps an extra towel or bathmat could be provided.

The room is spacious, clean, little street noise. The odd part is the bathroom sink in the room, not in the bathroom. Breakfast is very good (typical Taiwanese cuisine, not Western), there are 10+ warm options available and some dishes change daily. Apparently the breakfast is served in 2 sessions: 7am-8:30am and 8:30am-10am. I have been assigned the latter session during the check-in.

I like that the location is convenient and the room is clean. The bed is comfortable.

I didn't like that when you need them to clean the room, you will need to leave both key cards to the front desk. Furthermore, their cleaning only involves emptying the trash and replenishing the supplies that you used. It will be preferred if they actually clean the room.

It is a good choice for budgeted travellers. The Front desk service is so helpful, my room is big and cosy, and the breakfast is good. You will have a lot choices of local cuisines around 100m.

My balcony view is not as good as expected, however. In addition, there would be wonderful to renew some towels.

Very nice, clean and comfortable stay, great breakfast and lots of nice restaurants around the area. Near station to go to other places and walkable to center. Had good night sleep and is next to supermarkt for late night groceries. Would definitely come back to Chiayi!

Atmosphere was nice. Not noisy and breakfast while small range, was decent and nice. 2 pillows per person l. Bathroom was clean. Will book again if I ever come back

Check-in time is rather late at 4pm. They won't let us check in earlier and end up waiting in the lobby for over 2hrs+. Need more hangers.

Comfortable bed and room! Very clean as well. Staff is very friendly :).

One (very small) inconvenience was that they did not provide any handsoap in the bathroom. This however did not overshadow my stay :)
