Conveniently located aside from the main night market at Wenhua street. The room was spacious even for a large group. There is a dedicated lounge area and also storage area. Simple local-style breakfast provided. Convenient and there is a free bus service from the Chiayi HSR station (bus 7211) that brings you near the hotel at the start of Wenhua street.

The common area was very warm. The narrow road to the hotel has bad smell (no fault to the hotel)

Excellent central location, right next to one of Chiayi’s most famous night markets. Convenient on-site parking is available beside the hotel and easy to use. The room and bathroom were spotless and well-maintained.

Our original room had a strong moldy smell, but the receptionist was very helpful and promptly arranged a room change. Breakfast options for Western guests were quite limited.

The location is literally half a block from the Wenhua night market. The front desk staff is very friendly, helpful and good at English. The bed is quite large and very comfortable. A/C was strong.

I didn't quite realize this at first but the front desk is not staffed overnight, although one can go in and out, and there is an emergency number to call. That said, it never became an issue. The other thing to realize is that the hotel is very clean but also spartan-looking. There was a comfortable couch in the room, though.

The staff was very kind, and we also used the luggage storage service. Location, close to the train, the bus was also nearby. Tea and coffee available during the stay. Breakfast was good.

Poor sound insulation. Unfortunately, everything could be heard from the room. No one made noise at night, but occasionally in the morning, you could hear every step.

Great location as it is near night market. The hotel seems popular as it was fully booked. The staff is friendly and the room was very spacious. Parking is convenient with side door leading right to the carpark.

Weird arrangement to have a translucent glass panel on the wall of the toilet. This means that when the light in the toilet is on in the middle of the night, this might disturb the sleep of others in the room.

Great location, free parking and good breakfast offering. This is the second time I have stayed at this property, if I was to visit Chiayi City again, I would consider staying here again especially if I have a car.

Wish they have onsite laundry machine/dryer.

Staff very friendly and sensible, willing to give hundred percent. Convenient location, close to nightarket. Breakfast is brilliant, so many varieties. Honestly I felt sorry for paying such low price.

Very good location, night market and good stores nearby, but not too noisy. Staff is nice, and the price is reasonable.

The room is really simple, the washbasin is outside the bathroom, and it is not big, so the floor is easily get wet after using it.

The location : it is perpendicular to the Wenhua Road night market. Staff: staff was friendly and approachable. Kang was one of the most helpful staff we met.

Very basic hotel. Short staying time : check in at 4pm and check out at 11am
