the room was very comfortable, spacious with good panoramic views of the city. conveniently located a stone's throw from the central station so it's walkable even with luggage. breakfast was decent. A bonus is that the TV has every channel - for a foreigner, this is almost something i've never encountered which was a very pleasant surprise.

no complaints, the hotel did a great job. my only comment is not targeted at the hotel, but at the location being that Chiayi city can be a bit hard to walk around safely with luggage as the apron around the building is often lined with things and motorcycles meaning that you'd have no choice but to actually walk on the road itself

The rooms were clean and new and overall comfortable. The hotel staff was very friendly and helped us when we had a problem.

There were a few small issues, such as the lights not turning on and off properly sometimes when the switch was flipped. Also the shower door wouldn't seal properly.

The breakfast is nice, with various choices and fresh. The location is near the train station and convenient to walk around and find the meals to eat.

The entrance of the building can be colored in more soft tones. There are two elevators in the building and one is in maintenance, it is quite a strange atmosphere to me. If they would like the guests to use one elevator only, they can write something else.

our room was on the 8th floor and was really nice. the facilities in the room worked. it was clean and quiet. We thought it was a good location as well as it was close to the bus station which we needed to be near as we were catching the early bus up to Alishan. It was an English speaking tourist friendly hotel.

Lovely little hotel in the centre of Chiayi, close to restaurants, train station, supermarket and the night market! The room and the bathroom were clean and the view out of the windows was lovely! The Internet was good, and the rooms were soundproof.

The room was spacious and the view was great. It was clean and they cleaned our room on their own initiative. Great to have the sink outside the toilet, so it saves time for different individuals to use. Staff was polite and friendly, super helpful.

Beds a little firm. Lots of traffic noise and very loud air conditioning unit (started banging in the night).
