Excellent customer service. Very friendly and helpful staffs, either through phone or in person. I called earlier to enquire about the distance from the train station, they actually arranged a free hotel transfer for me. They were very accommodating when I changed my arrival time to the train station. We felt very welcomed right from the moment we were picked up from the train station, to arriving at the hotel and throughout our stay. We also have pleasant surprise that they provide complimentary coupon for drinks and snack at the bar from 2pm- 10pm, you can choose when you want to use it, but you can only use once. The hotel room is clean and reasonably spacious. They have gym at B1, they even have a massage chair, but you need to provide a good review at google to get the token for the massage chairs FOC. They have water machine at every floor, and they even have sparkling water. Breakfast has a good variety and the dining area is big and comfortable. Location is great, within walking distance to the night market, morning market and Hanoki Village.

The air conditioning 's fan is blowing directly to the bed where i sleep, it will be better if they can adjust the fan to blow upwards. Remember to bring your own amenities like toothbrush, shower cap etc. Taiwan hotels no longer provide those amenities.

Laundry was free, so I guess we cannot complain. We had to wait for quite some time for others to be done, as it was the weekend, but I am grateful that there was free laundry available there. I love the location, so near the shopping district and the night market.

Tub was a bit small. Room decor is a little dated, and was on the dark side. The TV was also a little too small, given its distance from the beds. There was a coffee machine provided in the room, but it did not work, even after troubleshooting multiple times.

Cheerful staff were always very helpful. A large buffet breakfast was included in the room rate and there was plenty of choice. Free 'happy hour' snacks and drinks downstairs in the afternoon were a nice welcoming touch. The laundry room was an added bonus and free. Room was basic but perfect for a short stay.

Beds were very firm. No slippers, robes or extras in the rooms

The room was much bigger than expected and it felt like a steal for the price we paid! It was also very clean and the beds were so comfortable. I loved how there were water stations for us to refill our water bottles. The staff there were also very kind and assisted us in booking a taxi to Chiayi HSR station.

The room was comfortable and spacious. The hotel also offered amenities like toothbrushes and combs near the elevators if you wanted them. They had a couple of water dispensers on my floor. The staff was extremely helpful and courteous.

We could see signs of mold in the bathroom and some age.

Good location near food and shopping. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The accommodations were comfortable and very clean. The building was updated and felt luxurious.

The laundry room was small with only a few machines and the washing machines and dryers were not industrial grade, so it took over an hour to do laundry for each load. But it was free, so cannot really complain.

I'm from the US and we're spoiled when it comes to a good breakfast. Wow, what a feast thier breakfast was!! Good and fresh with all you could eat! The room for three of us, adults, was larger then expected.

Modern and large rooms. Nice bathrooms. Big lobby with lots of mood lighting, very chic! Across the road there is a local shop selling breakfast food so no need to get hotel breakfast.

Laundry facility not sufficient so I had to go outside to finish laundry drying. Good chance to walk around the area so it was fun.

Close walking distance to many restaurants and the night market. Free onsite parking was available and self laundry service

The aircon unit in the room was very loud, which made sleep a bit disrupted
