Very professional staff during check in process and other needs. Unfortunately, we was assigned to a business room with heavy cigarette odor (even though it is designated as non-smoking room). I notified the front desk immediately but she said it had not been occupied for a few days prior to my arrival. She was going to send an air purifier to my room but never got it. We had to open the balcony door with the fan on high for half a day to lessen the smoking odor. We stayed two non-consecutive nights due to a trip to Alishan in between. We were allowed to leave one big luggage overnight. Paid laudry machines are available in the garage with detergent provided. Two bottled waters and coffee provided in each room. Full breeakfast is provided until 9am on site.

Very heavy smoking odor in a non-smoking room on the 11th floor. However, when we returned for one more night on the 8th floor, the room was free of any smell. Even though there are air con control panels in the rooms, the temperture adjustment do not work except for on and off function.

Great location, just a short walk from the train station, which made getting around super convenient. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, and the check-in process was smooth. The breakfast was excellent – plenty of variety and really tasty, a great way to start the day. We also noticed a lot of locals staying at the hotel due to the long holiday, which made the atmosphere feel lively and welcoming. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay – would definitely recommend!

Our room didn’t have a full window, which might not suit everyone.

Very accessible to main train station and main bus station - 8 minutes walk. Staff Mr Liu very helpful to introduce good food nearby and convenience store/supermart and very polite. Hotel staff very helpful to call for taxi. Check-in and check-out easy and fast. Room very spacious and quite. Shower area very spacious. Beds and pillows are very comfortable. Bed linen and towels very clean. Housekeeping very efficent.

Nothing with it facility except the one kitchen staff that fried eggs - very rude.

Was located near the station but not much else in the neighbourhood. Room was large with a nice bathroom. Large breakfast buffet.

Hotel was very full and not very soundproof.

Most of the staff are very friendly and helpful, especially the restaurant staff, extremely welcoming and helpful.

A few of the receptionists couldn't communicate in even simple English.

Breakfast was fairly good, the stay was pleasent.

The location was a bit far to walk from the station and other items.

The breakfast is really good. The hotel is near the train/bus station as well as many restaurants and stores.

Breakfast was great, and we enjoyed the neighborhood. I LOVED the size of my room, and bathroom, and the windows in the bathroom. Very comfy and nice. I would recommend it!

The only thing was a bit of mold in the bathroom.
