Great location by the beach and village, with cute sunny balconies overlooking the sea. The host Sophia is very kind and helpful. Everything necessary for cooking a simple meal - and a lovely outdoor garden shade structure and tables to eat it in. Shutters for controlling the temp and dark (but aircon also).

No complaints - but be aware that the rooms are quite small, so it’s tight for cooking etc if your group is large. Five of us managed fine though, in two adjacent rooms, by using the outdoor area.

Charming hotel, overlooking a beautiful beach in Kyparissi. The atmosphere inside feels like a classic 90s hotel which to us was a nice part of the experience. Everything was really clean, the ladies running the place were very very nice, even providing a lovely welcoming basket. Everything exceeded our expectations and we just wish all hotels were like this. The warmth of the people, the cleanliness, the views, all make up for a truly relaxing vacation.

I just wished we could've stayed more, it's so nice you could spend a whole year there.

The owner it's the kindest person ever! She presents you with a basket full of homemade things, like olives, wine, some jams, honey, all made by her , husband and family!! She knows how to treat her guests. I was in business, so I had some clothes to wash and we didn't had nothing nearby and she offered her washing machine just to help me!! The Best! The view it's sensational, the hotel it's clean and everyday they arrange your bed and change the trash bags!

Owners/staff were incredible, so welcoming and friendly, so helpful. They were great and servicing the apartment really regularly and making sure we had everything we needed! Little balcony was great, with great views and location was superb. Swimming literally on the doorstep, as well as all of Kyparissi's amenities.

Kitchen could have been slightly better equipped but we could also have asked for some items and they probably would've been provided in fairness so...

Once you finally get there it makes the tough trip worth it. The sea water is clear but very cold which I found extremely refreshing. Going in mid June might not have been the best idea while it's fairly empty and quiet the restaurants aren't really offering anything special. The best one the one on the side of the road,up a hill as you approach the village. Good food. In the village the food is at best midiocre.

The trip getting there. You must be very careful because it's full of sharp turns and at times the road is very narrow and the drop is hundreds of feet , may thousands. Gorgeous view but can't enjoy due to fear! Worth it though!!

The property was very clean and comfortable. We had all we needed for our stay. The rooms were cleaned every day. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The location was perfect and the views of the sea were breathtaking from the balcony. We would love to return. Thank you, Sophia

Outstanding hospitality, big thanks to Sophia! Wonderful location by the pebbled beach with crystal clear waters. The closest restaurant is a stone's throw away (super delicious food). Some cafés, other restaurants, a bakery and two super markets in handy walking distance. A small kitchen with everything you need to make breakfast or other simple dishes. We loved it, came back the second time and will be back again.

A wonderful place. Very clean, cozy, beautiful sea view and charming balcony. Close to shops, cafes, restaurants, climbing sectors. A climbing guide is available on site. A very nice and accessible owner. We recommend and we will come back!

It was a quiet peaceful apartment in beginning of May. Sound of the sea at sleep . I loved the authentic interior. Sophia was very nice and generous . It felt like home for 2 nights 🌙 recommend 👌 deeply

Room small with very limited storage and comfortable sitting space. Latter important as we had bad weather for 2 of our 4 night stay so could not use balcony.
