What a joy to have discovered this place. The road leading to Byzantinon is absolutely magnificent. The house is super pleasant, with a view of the sea, and the welcome from the owners is wonderful. They are very warm, cultured and full of good advice. The hotel is comfortable, impeccably clean and bright. The place is super calm and relaxing. Within minutes of our arrival we were already regretting having only booked for one night. The nearby beach is beautiful, the water is clear and the restaurant by the water is divine. The breakfast is very good with fresh and homemade products. And of course a visit to the magnificent village of Leonidio is a must. Thank you for this magnificent (too short) stay. We will come back as soon as we can, of course!

We feel fortunate to have discovered this gem of a hotel. It's been a perfect week with my mother in law, who has limited mobility. She had a ground floor room with level access shower and a fabulous balcony with sea views, surrounded by olive groves, so was very happy. The rooms are so comfortable, spacious and perfectly equipped with everything you could need. We often bought fresh, local food and ate it on the balcony, although there are also wonderful tavernas within easy reach. The beach is also walkable within a few minutes. The family are incredibly helpful and kind, with impeccable English, and nothing is too much trouble. The hotel is immaculately clean, breakfast is generous and tasty. Parking is very convenient. We could not have wished for a more enjoyable holiday.

Everything was perfect.

Christos was a very warm and helpful host. A few days earlier our rental car got broken into (near Corinth). We had to deal with the Greek police. And Christos was a huge help. He showed us the best spots around for food and activities. The hotel is a five minutes walk away from the best fish restaurant we had in all of greece. The beds were very comfortable. And there is an indoor parking garage. We would definitely come back. Thank you Christos, for such a wonderful stay!

The location is so peaceful and relaxing, the beach is a few minutes away. The view from the rooms is gorgeous, sea in the front and mountains in the back. The hotel is fantastic with very kind and helpful staff.

There was nothing I did not like

Great location overlooking the Myrtoan sea. One minute walk to the beach where you can find some shade under the trees and walk over nice pebbles to the clear sea water for a swim. After a good swim and sun soak walk across the pebbles to Myrtoon restaurant for some fantastic Greek food and fish. The hotel is very clean with good amenities and the staff friendly and helpful.

Great Host and awesome place with a perfect view. Christos is a very great host. He was always available and gave us a very warm welcome. Sharing some travel stories and recommendations about hiking, exploring the area and the best restaurant in the village. Also the apartment was perfect! Very comfi, clean and enough space. Sitting on the terrace and enjoying our lives:). We definitely are coming back!

Everything was perfect

We loved the pleasant efficient staff, the delicious healthy homemade breakfast, the relaxing music at breakfast, the spotless units, the tasteful decor, the exceptionally comfortable beds, the beautiful white crisp sheets, the short walk to the beach, excellent free wifi connection, the owner was knowledge about excellent places to eat and visit… we haven’t enough accolades for Christo’s, his family and staff.

There was nothing we didn’t like.

We were all delighted with our stay at this charming hotel. We were made to feel very welcome and special by the lovely hosts and staff. The location is excellent, close to the beach with a great restaurant within 5 minute walking distance. The rooms were spacious, immaculately clean and with stunning views. Breakfast was a treat. The hotel gets 6 stars from us! We look forward to returning.

We liked everything.

What a stay this was... a lovely family owned hotel, extremely clean, with breakfast that changes daily (omelettes, sweet and salty things), fresh fruits, and a frappé at breakfast. Leonidio is a very nice town only a few km's away, easy reachable and not extremely touristic, with a few restaurants and bars, nice in the evening. The beaches are in front of the hotel, on walking distance. You can leave the car in covered parking under the hotel. But this is not all. I felt sick at night from a bad lunch at a beach restaurant and the owner of the hotel arranged everything that I could visit the nearest hospital in Leonidio and he even accompanied us with his car and waited for us to be sure everything was ok. I cannot thank them enough for having taken care of everything ! We will certainly return to this hotel, and thank you again for your attention to having helped so much and wish you all the best for the future !

Wonderful stay. The hotel is very pretty, well appointed and clean. It’s clear they put a lot of heart and soul into the place. The family that owns the place are very pleasant and shared many stories about their family, life experience and local tips about the region including a delicious restaurant. Felt like I was speaking to old friends. The town is also wonderful, very peaceful and pretty

My single dislike was that I didn’t stay longer
