Our stay was truly wonderful! The room was very convenient, cozy, and comfortable — it really felt like home. Everything was clean, well-organized, and thoughtfully arranged to make guests feel welcome and relaxed. On the day of our departure, we were leaving too early to have breakfast, but the amazing manager, David, went above and beyond by arranging lunch boxes for us to take on the road. It was such a kind and thoughtful gesture, and we’re incredibly grateful for his help. This kind of care and attention to detail made our experience even more special. Highly recommend this place!

+ Very helpful staff (especially Mr. David at reception sorted out many things for us - extra blanket, water bottles, helping us plan the visit to Juta village etc.) + Rooms are big and with pretty views of the mountains, and well equipped + Breakfast is limited spread but authentic and with very sweet staff (the lady made an iced coffee for me though generally they serve hot only)

- I think breakfast can have more items, the spread is limited (though is nice) - would be great if they can have a small gym in the property

Good view of the hotel, if you take mountain view. Parking was available. Near to many good key locations like pharmacy, supermarket, etc.

They asked me for GEL 20 to help with my luggage? this was weird, but i later came to know that its kind of a standard in Georgia in many hotels. Although this slightly affects the ranking of hotel, but still excellent rating. Also staff should be slightly more welcoming..

It was a nice and cozy hotel with direct view to Trinity church and Kazbegi peak. We stayed in a triple room and it was huge and clean. The breakfast spread was good. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The check in was quick. They also had a wine shop in the building promoting local wine. There was no AC, but that didn't matter, as the weather was pleasant.

We booked the Junior Suite , the room was just awesome what makes it the best is the view of Mount Kazbegi from your room, for someone who comes from city the view was just mind blowing . This property is in the best location and just few steps away from the Center.

The power pug points, it would be great if they could mention that it would help the tourist to arrange the power charger pins accordingly

Good location with a view of the snow-capped Kazbegi mountains. The room was cozy and warm and had a nice view. The bathroom was clean and had all toiletries. Shower cubicle was also there. Even without using the room heater, the room was comfortable and well-insulated. Breakfast provided was excellent.

Even though I had booked the room on booking.com a few weeks ahead, the property did not find my reservation on their system. Since the property was almost empty, they didn't have a problem resolving it. Lift for access to upper floors were not working.

March end 2025, 2n 3d Positives - Very neat & well kept /Good location/ “Rooms Kazbegi” is just 5 mins away. Negatives- Very less occupancy /Unfriendly restaurant staff/ No proper breakfast/Late breakfast timings from 10am-11am/ Only Non-English speaking staff.

Clean and modern Hotel. Room was big and the Hotel is not far away from the Center.

Very little choice at the Breakfast. Coffee costs extra.

Excellent experience. Young gentleman at the reception was extremely helpful. Restaurants are very nearby. Breakfast options were a little limited with no juice and no milk coffee. (Can't believe it). The rest was a really amazing experience.
