Thing that I didn't like was at a Check in they didn't mention that the parking needs to be paid and on check out they told me that i need to pay for parking services which is OK but it was not pleasant . At least on Check in you need to inform the customer that daily parking in a hotel is a certain amount of money .

The hotel is very children/baby friendly. You have the option of ordering baby food at any time for free. The hotel has a childrens playroom with professional staff watching them. The breakfast was excellent, lots of food to choose from, and not the same every morning. Loved the pool and spa, after 6 pm adults only which is great since you can leave kids older than 3 years old at the playroom and have a relaxing evening. Great value for money overall.

During the weekend you could hear very loud music from some club nearby. Not the hotels fault, but better of getting the even rooms that are looking to the back of the hotel and not the main street.

Hotel has small, but good spa with the small pool and couple of saunas, guests have unlimited access. The rooms is spacious. Staff is polite and helpful. Amazing breakfast buffet.

Room has no kettle. Ventilation system wasn't working in the beginning of May, it was warmer in the room than it should be. No sockets near the bed to charge the phone.

The hotel has great location near the city square. The room was clean and comfortable and all the staff members were friendly and polite. We booked a comfort room, but got a free upgrade to a superior room.

The hotel has a great location, right in the middle of Zlatibor and close to everything. The staff was helpful and very polite. Rooms are spacious, clean, warm and comfortable. Breakfast was exceptional, lots of things to choose from. The spa center is great, especially if you are with little children, all the pools are heated and warm. There is a playroom for children with animators. All in all, I would definitely recommend the hotel for families.

The rooms are not very well sound proofed, as you can hear noises from other rooms and from the outside as well. Also, the AC system is a bit noisy when it works. The no-children at the spa center after 6 pm was puzzling to me. As a suggestion, I don't believe a hotel of this category should charge extra for their own parking.

Spa wasn't available first day of our staying. It was overcrowded due to the rules to release people on the side not only hotel users. It looked more like aqua park for children and less like relax zone.

As someone who stayed in 20 different accommodations (Zlatibor area only)- I need to say that- *Mona* is absolutely number 1( quality vs price)Long hospitality tradition that every guest can feel. Quick response in every guest need made our stay with 2 kids under 4 very pleasant. Great spa, perfect location and excellent playroom for kids.

Charge for parking is absolutely ridiculous. Receptionists(man) using excessively English terms where is no need for it.

The location was perfect, near to the center. Beds were extremely comfortable.

The cleaning lady didn’t change outlr sheets even though they were dirty from sweets my daughter ate. We places the sign to clean our room but she didn’t. We also had to wait for the towels to be dried so we came from the pool and couldn’t get shower as there were no clean towels for about 2 hours.

Staff was very pleasant and ready to help, hotel is in a good location and rooms are comfortable, warm and clean. We had access to spa. In previous comments we red that sauna costs extra so i guess they changed that since we got access to the saunas without any charge. Swimming pool is nice but a bit small so having access to saunas makes all the difference (and saunas are excellent, spacious and clean). Bar next to the pool had great variety of freshly squeezed juices and large variety of herbal tea, which we recommend. Breakfast was amazing, it is a buffet with local dishes and there is a lot to choose from so it would fit any diet. Unlike many other hotels in Zlatibor, Mona looks and feels like mountain hotel even though it is in the center of a town.

They did not disclose that parking costs extra, we did not notice it here and upon our check in when we let them know we are with a car no one mentioned price for the parking. It is 700-800din per night so keep this in mind when you come and budget ahead.
