The hotel is great located, just across the amusement park. All the main walking areas are very close. Our stateroom was very clean, not to say impeccable! We requested a baby crib, and it was the best baby bed we got in any hotel. It was very clean, and baby linen was like new. Our bed was very comfortable. We got clean towels and bathrobes, even for kids. The restaurant has very good food and the prices are actually very good, waiters are very friendly and helpful. Restaurant has several baby seats, which are really making your trip with small kids better. Breakfast was buffet style, and It had a lot of choices. Reception was always there for any questions. The girls were helpful and polite, and they spoke very good English. The pool and spa area was superb, clean, tide, not crowded, we enjoyed all the facilities in there. Also the service by the pool was so nice and pleasant. Great choice for a great price. Definitely, they made our trip to Zlatibor very memorable, and we hope to be back.

Lokacija hotela je odlična, 5 min od jezera (centra), pored Lidla i preko puta luna parka. Ima dosta mesta za parkiranje na hotelskom parkingu. Doručak je raznovrstan. Spa centar korektan.

U sobi nema klima uređaj, što može da bude problem tokom letnjih meseci. Parno kupatilo nije radilo, tepidarijum nije bilo moguće koristiti ukoliko nemate zakazanu masažu. Da bi koristio usluge bara u spa centru, moraš da izađeš kroz svlačionicu do recepcije spa centra da potražiš zaposlenog da te usluži. Voda u bazenu bi mogla biti toplija. Frižider u sobi nije baš funkcionalan i čitač kartice u sobi gubi kontakt.

The staff were lovely, the original room we had was a bit claustrophobic (on the top floor) but the receptionist lady (we never got her name) was very accomodating and moved our room without hesitation. The room was very clean and modern. Our booking included spa access which was incredible, there is a pool and many sauna rooms, massages are also affordable and the spa staff were very kind and friendly. The hotel is about 10mins walk to town centre which we did not mind, there is parking right outside the hotel. The breakfast was buffet and had more options than we could eat. Overall would highly recommend.

Only negative we have to say is the room got a small bit warm (we stayed in early May), there is no air conditioning so we had to open the balcony door periodically to cool ourselves down. We eventually left the balcony door angled ajar and slept well.

Nice hotel, more than i can expect from 3* stars rated hotel. Arrived to the hotel late, checked in very quickly, got many tips from the girl from reception about hotel, attractions nearby. The room ( studio) was good, clean, exactly looks like on hotels photo on site. Breakfast - good, there was plenty of food - good choice for every one i think. Unfortunately, because of family affair we had to break our vacations and left hotel on 3rd night ( instead of 6th). And the price for staying was deducted - great surprise, i didnt even expested it. I will come to this hotel again - and I can recommend it to my friends and customers.

The hotel is on a very beautiful location, outsude of that center crowd. The staff is simply amazing, so friendly and attentive everywhere, the waiters, the reception, the SPA, the cleaning staff they all made our stay great. Food was great too, pleanty of choices and excellent quality.

Some points that could be improved: SPA area around pool gets very wet especially in high peeks, someone should come from time to time to wipe the floor. Also teenagers playing with the ball should not be allowed to consume half of the pool, in period 18-21h when its adult only time. Food buffet had no labels at all, many people have dietary preferences and alergies, those should be listed. Doors in rooms sometimes cant be closed without key, e.g bathroom, that should be fixed.

Excellent breakfast. Clean, comfortable room. We had everything we needed. Staff was pleasant, kind and helpful. The hotel building is slightly tucked away from the main center (though easily walkable) which was great - we didn’t care for the “center” as it is crowded, looks like a state fair or Disney park and totally ruins the experience of being in the mountains. We were only staying overnight and continued our travels in the morning - but hotel was great and I would come back again if traveling through the area.

The only problem were front and back stairs - there is an oddly sized step in front of the hotel, where I almost tripped twice. Back door of the hotel has a raised step - also a problem. I imagine if it is better marked - it would solve the problem.

The location of this property is everything!! You can literally walk to go to Zlatibor Center. Lidl supermarket is next door (1 minute by walk), parking near the hotel is free of charge, the Zlatibor Theme Park was opposite, we could see the Ferris Wheel from our balcony! We also had 3 hours everyday spa facilities. The indoor pool is very large, clean and the staff are very nice. Walkable distance to the Gold Gondola and Zlatibor Center. Other attractions such as : waterfall, cave etc... are not very far (30-40mins max)

The staff does not speak proper English. The rooms are not cleaned everyday. All they do is change towels and give you toilet paper if needed. During our 5 night stay, cleaners did not change our sheets, did not do our bed and above all they never cleaned the surfaces. Also, when asked to have our mugs/glasses changed every morning, we were told this is not possible. The bathroom wasn't very spacious. Also, to go up the reception, there are some stairs one need to go up with the luggages. There will be no one available to help you. Since the staff does not speak in English, communication is poor. When compared to our hotels we've been too in Serbia, the staff are not so friendly. Breakfast was good but not many to choose from.

The breakfast was excellent. The staff at check-in and in the dining room were very friendly. Overall, this is a pleasant hotel and I recommend it. Excellent location.

We rented an attic room, which was okay. However, since it was an attic room, pigeons would come to the window and balcony in the morning and wake us up. It might be better not to choose this room at check-in. The receptionist at departure was not very friendly.

It was the first time we stayed in the hotel Agape.It is in great location near all the major attractions.Staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful during the stay. Cleanliness of the room, breakfast area and all around the hotel was exceptional.The variety of the breakfast food was great ,fresh and choices for vegetarian and non vegetarian.We would love to recommend the hotel and hopefully we will be able to visit again.

Very nice hotel. Lovely and very pleasant spa. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Extraordinarily breakfast with great prepared traditional and fresh meals. The location of the hotel is perfect for Zlatibor. I would kindly recommend this hotel.

Bed in the bedroom was a bit small and in the main room it was not quite comfortable for night sleep.
