( Moravski salad and cevapcici highly recommended to try. ) The spa facilities are of high quality, featuring a large swimming pool equipped with hydro massage options and various types of saunas. Overall, this hotel comes highly recommended for those seeking a modern and relaxing getaway.

One point to note is that I didn’t notice any walking areas nearby, as there were just too many hotels built close together.

Staff was really attentive and professional, they made our stay truly enjoyable! Special kudos to Milos, the concierge :) They also prepared a little surprise upon learning that it’s my birthday, which was a very nice touch! All the facilities were new, not crowded, very enjoyable + good food. Highly recommend overall if you are in Zlatibor!

It was a little bit too hot in the room even when we manually brought the temperature down. It was ok when we opened the window, but worth me too ông thầy we coughs in between the season weather, so maybe that’s why.

This was our family's second time here. It's an amazing hotel, I can't praise it enough! The staff is highly professional and welcoming. Facilities are top notch. Rooms are beautiful and super comfortable with everything you may need. Swimming pool and spa very realxing, several types of saunas, great water temperature, massages and facials on appointment. There are activities with entertainers for kids in the pool and lobby. Loved the breakfast too, so many options for everyone. All in all, we really loved it and will come back again...

I only have two complaints. 1. The hairdryers in the rooms are literally the worst. I really expected that I wouldn't have to bring my own to such an amazing hotel. They overheat after a minute of use and then you have to wait a couple of minutes to turn them back again. No concentrator nozzle! So after you finish your relaxing spa and swimming pool experience, hair drying is bringing the stress back, guaranteed! 2. The food in both restaurants is REALLY bad. Really small portions, which I would easily forgive if the food was delicious. It wasnt. Wasn't even mediocre, just plain bad. Breakfast is the exception though! It's great with a variety of options, but as for their a la cart experience, I suggest going somewhere in town for lunch and dinner.

The hotel is the best in Serbia without a doubt. New level of luxury for Serbia. The sauna, Pool, Massage etc are incredible. Thank you for the upgrade. I will be visiting again.

The staff need personality and sales training to work in a 5-star hotel. Workers/Staff at the Cigar Bar and lobby cafe were all rude and bring down the hotel's great energy. If it wasn't for the Front Desk staff being so lovely, I would have given a very negative review. It's a shame that careless employees can have such an effect on our stay. The hotel business is a HARD business. Best of luck in the future!

Excellent and warm welcome, incredible hosts, great food, polite personel in all parts of the hotel,including the Asian restaurant on the rooftop which serves the most delicious sushi. Relaxing atmosphere at the spa with clean pool and saunas and most exceptional fisio- and massage. Perfect ambience and personell all in one place. Highly,highly recommend. Bravo

Hotel is amazing in every aspect you can think of. The breakfast is so tasty, so many choices, the staff is super accommodating, friendly, professional, willing to help with whatever you need. It has valet parking and a garage. The pool area is very clean and offers complementary water/fruit water. We were welcomed with a drink upon arriving and sweets in the room. The cleaning ladies are doing a great job every day, even if you call for them later in the day (had our room cleaned on the second day after 3pm while we were at lunch). All in all, one of the best hotels I've stayed in. Big thanks to our concierge Miloš who made sure we had everything we needed and much more!

Without a doubt, one of the best properties I’ve stayed in around the globe. From the moment we arrived, the staff were kind, courteous, welcoming and exceptionally well trained. Two members of the front desk team even used their personal phones to make enquiries for us about various activities and reserved us tickets for both the Golden Gondola and Šargan 8 train. The finish of the property was exceptional, from the moment you enter from the underground garage, the smell is exquisite; our floor in particular, smelt incredible. We had food in the lounge on the ground floor, enjoying a game of chess. Our server was well spoken, educated about the food and made us feel like there wasn’t anything that was too much effort. The pumpkin soup was beautifully made and we both adored our desserts. The Pear Crumble was to die for. After dinner we watched the sunset from our terrace and then went to the spa to enjoy the pool and the saunas. The pool felt very cool at first but after being in the saunas and steam room, was a perfect temperature. Breakfast in the morning was wonderfully laid out with hot and cold options with a chef who could also prepare various egg dishes. The coffees were well made and delicious, as you would expect in Serbia, and they even treated us to a traditional local dish that I can only describe as an oozy cheesy, butter bread roll that was moorishly salty and umami. The staff genuinely remembered us and made us both feel welcome and listened to which, having worked in hotel management myself, is not something you teach, I hope the managers and owners know how outstanding their team is.

Only critique was that there was some sort of party happening in the rooftop restaurant, a floor above us, that went on until 00:30; we were not pre-warned about this so it was disturbing in the evening. Staff did apologise for the noise, in the morning.

Luxurious new hotel with a strong emphasis on excellent service. If it’s not a 5 star hotel it should be. The moment you arrive in their underground parking garage you are taken care of. From the welcome drink at check in ( haven’t had one of those for years!!) to the absolutely delicious evening meal and the smooth departure. Everything is very polished and of a high standard. The staff are very friendly, extremely competent and are clearly well trained as it’s across the whole hotel. The spa facilities are superb. There wasn’t anything we could fault!
