Hotel je fenomenalan, od čistoće, preko hrane do ljubaznosti zaposlenih. Zaista svako od zaposlenih je preljubazan, usluga je na visokom nivou. Svojom predusretljivošću , predanoscu, dobrotom i profesionalnoscu bih izdvojila recepcionerku Sandru, zaista poseban i vredan radnik. Za nas ona je vas radnik godine (i kuvar-kuvarica, hrana, a posebno deserti, su izuzetni) :)

Everything beside the pool and spa was perfect. Clean and modern hotel, comfortable rooms, nice food and staff. Overall - pleasant experience

Pool and spa were not as excpected. In general too small area, no available staff there, slef service in general, pool temperature was way below 30 (as indicated) and it did not look really clean. If you would like to order a drink or something there is noone to take the order. Hairdresser not available (only on weekends), massages not available as well. Overall - if someone is coming for a spa experience - dont expect much. However, for us spa was not really important therefore it did not impact our satisfaction.

Lovely, comfortable, and clean room. Great quality cosmetics in the bathroom. Everyone was nice and friendly. Food was just perfect! The spa is small but nice, water, tea, and fruits available. On the day of the checkout, they told us that we have possibly for late checkout at 6PM and mountain hike with the guide free of charge from the hotel. This was a great experience. Guide and tour were great, and having late checkout allowed us to spe d more time in spa! Perfect stay! We do hope to come back!

Saturday was very crowded in spa. Understand that it is not a hotels fault, but there were plastic cups and garbage on all the tables, no free beds, kids jumping and spleashing in the pool and shouting in the spa quiet zone. Turkish bat was not very steamy. In the area of the spa, they could add jacuzzi and rusian bath, that is realy misisng and there is a space for that were the showers are. The coffee in buffet could be better.

It’s modern looking and cosy hotel, stuff was very helpful and polite. In the hotel we had a restaurant with variety of foods, which all tasted great! And special mention to waiter Aleksa, he was really great, and so helpful. Girls on reception are really there if you need anything, always ready to help or answer your questions!

Rooms could be cleaned better, our bathroom had stains of bar soap all over shower, but in general it was clean enough. Inside pool, it’s made from corner to corner of a room so you do not have enough space to walk to the other side of pool and not to be worried you’ll slip.

Staff is very friendly /excelent

The food could be better. Also no water is served for dinner. So, you pay for half board, and you need to buy water. I don't like this approach, it would have been fairer for me if they had immediately raised the price per day by 10 euros and eliminated this way of small additional earnings. also, in the cafeteria, they don't serve water with coffee (again, because the guest has to be charged something extra), which is unacceptable and irritating to me. I suggest the owner to raise the prices by a few percent and avoid such approaches. otherwise, everything else regarding the hotel was on a level.

Excellent hotel, great service. The rooms are nice, clean, have everything as described. The staff is friendly, always at your service, they do everything to fulfill the wishes of the guests, as far as they are able. Breakfast and dinner fantastic, there is something for everybody's taste. The water is not drinkable, but you get a bottle in the room. The pool, sauna, gym are good, small but clean and have everything you need. They are free for hotel guests, the massages are charged extra. You get bathrobes, slippers and spa towels. Parking is available, free of charge for visitors. All recommendations.

There are no drinks for dinner, I think that at least water should be included.

Great location, modern hotel and amenities. Spa zone is very nice although the pool is a bit small and can get crowded quite fast. The staff was very friendly, especially the waiter Saša who was super helpful :) The food was very good with nice selection. There is more than enough baby chairs in the restaurant which is great since there was a lot of families with small kids.

A bit pricey for the offer it provides.

Everything Is new and clean. The pool Is great when it comes to cleanliness and the water that was always hot and clean.

After the weekend, the number of guests significantly decreased and the dinner was no longer open buffet. During that period, the chosen meal was once served completely cold and once the breakfast was served one hour after the order. The towels were changed on the third day only after reclamation. These are big downsides for expensive 4 star hotel.

A new and modern hotel in the very center of the settlement. It offers 2 saunas, a steam bath, and an indoor swimming pool. I like comfortable and soundproofed room, which offer a cozy bed, a TV with many different channels, a well-stocked mini-bar, a tidy bathroom with hot water, and an adjustable air conditioner. Food for breakfast and dinner is delicious!

The SPA does not offer a Jacuzzi or any other pool with massagers. The saunas and steam bath are not spacious; they are intended for a maximum of 3 people. The servers in the restaurant are disinterested and somewhat nervous. The drink prices in the restaurant are a bit high for Divčibare.

Food was amazing, and their staff is really kind and friendly. They extended our late checkout to 6pm so it was almost as we stayed an extra day. Really nice gesture from the management and we will be coming back again. Our room was also upgraded to the bigger one.

I didn't like the pillows and the tiles at the pool and spa are little bit slippery. My husband didn't like the parking since there is no paved walkway to pull trollies.
