Dorucak je bio fantastican i obilan, ugodan svedski sto sa dobrim izborom. Osoblje je bilo izuzetno ljubazno i razumno, jedan od bitnih i velikih razloga mog uzitka u hotelu! Bazen, kao i ostatak spa i wellness centra, je bio komforan i uredjen sa veoma interesantnim dizajnom. Lokacija je blizu jezera, na oko minut-dva hoda do njega, a samim tim i blizu centra Zlatibora. Pogled iz komfor sobe je bio prostran, i u daljini, tokom jutra i dana, prelep pogled na brdo pod suncem. Soba je bila topla i izuzetno cista.

The complete staff of the hotel is exceptional, friendly and helpful. Great location, near the center with the free parking. Good breakfast and other amenities (pool, spa and gym). The room (double room with balcony) was comfy with bathroom, tv, wifi, mini fridge and all other essentials with daily cleaning service and change of towels. Quiet neighborhood for the good rest. Nearby are shops, restaurants, coffee places etc.

Suggestion for the hotel to be refurbished a bit, for the better experience and perfect stay.

Great breakfast and very attentive and kind personnel, they went out of their way to make sure we are comfortable. The beds are very comfortable and the view from out terrace was amazing. Upon checking in, we were upgraded to the lux apartment on the fourth floor. The pool area is very serene and has a lot of neat amenities such as heated loungers and a great sauna.

The smell in our room upon checking in was not pleasant although everything was really clean. I suspect a problem with the plumbing in the building.

Hotel Iris is in a great location for this resort town. We walked everywhere and enjoyed a break from the heat on the shore of the Adriatic Sea. The hotel welcomed us very well and our room was very comfortable and pretty with a balcony. The only downside of the rooms is that there is no AC. If you want to relax in your room during the day it will be warm. It cools down nicely at night so we slept very well.

Would have liked AC so we could relax and cool down during the day, but not a huge deal since we spent most of our time outside.

Very confortable bed. The spa center has a pool, salt room, finnish sauna, so if it is raining outside there is always what u can do - go and enjoy in the spa. The breakfast is great, there is a big choice what you can eat.

The breakfast and dinner are superb. Since we travelled with kids, there was always something they liked at the table. The Hotel has a playroom just beside the restaurant in whick kids can play until you finish your meal in peace. The rooms are cozy and clean. The staff is really friendly, and they always meet your expectations. The kids spent a lot of time at the spa, liked the pool. The gym is also nice, everything is there for a good training including cardio: bicycle and treadmill. The location is superb: the view on the upper floor is amazing - you can see the two biggest summit of Zlatibor: Tornik and Cigota. Also, you can reach the lake in like 5 minutes on foot and yet you are practically in a forest zone, it is not noisy from all the people there. I compared to the location near the market or adventure park appartments, hotel Iris has one of the best locations on Zlatibor. There are also enough parking lots.

Somethimes on upper floors the water pressure is low that you can wait for more than 5 minutes somethimes during the shower to get the pressure back. Also, the room temperature was set automatically, I couldnt find a way to reduce temp manually because it was really warm: the thermometer showed 25C degrees, it affected the sleeping somethimes.

Pleasent and welcoming staff. Exceptionally clean. Excellent location.

Full/King bed was wonderfully comfortable, but twin bed and sofa beds were unusable

Perfect location, clean, nice stuff and decent breakfast.

Spa is disappointing. Salt room didn’t work, sauna is small, and at the pool was so dark. They turn the light on when we told them to do so.

The gym could be better equipped

Room was spatious, with nice balcony with a view. Towels are changed daily, and room is cleaned daily as well. Staff is extra friendy and very helpfull. Location is superb - you need 5 minutes on foot to reach center of Zlatibor. Parking is provided for guests. Breakfast is very good. Wellness center is nice.
