The reception staff are exceptionally friendly. The accommodation is clean and reasonably priced. There was enough parking available, but I believe that if the accommodation were at full capacity, there might not be enough spaces for everyone.

It is clear that the workers who built the property did a poor job, and it is evident that it will soon need renovation. Some solutions in the apartment are unacceptable, such as cables sticking out from the TV and an extension cord powering the air conditioner, clearly showing that attention to detail was lacking. The food is nowhere near as depicted in the pictures, it is much more modest and of poor quality. What is also shocking is that there is a sign at the entrance of the property saying 'Enter at your own risk' due to the risk of falling icicles, which goes against common sense.

It's actually an apartment complex with breakfast. The rooms in the apartment are large. A controversial solution with bar stools and a bar counter as a dining table. Taking into account the theoretical option to accommodate four people (sofa bed in the living room), it would be impossible to have such a group at this table. If you consider such apartments for a long-term stay (e.g. in the winter season), it is necessary to have a washing machine (because the kitchen is very good). Separately it is necessary to note the breakfast - it is served in the main building of the complex. It is perfect. It is the best breakfast in hotels in 5 cities on our trip to Serbia. The breakfast room is medium sized, considering that the apartment complex is expanding (1 or 2 more buildings are being built nearby), there may be “traffic jams” at breakfast when full occupancy.

As of August'24, there is a lot of construction nearby. The main disaster is the mattress. It is so cheap that one night was enough for us to have back pain in the morning. I'm guessing it's on springs. I haven’t met them in hotels for 7-10 years. If you are traveling with children, be careful when exiting the elevator. The stairs on the building floors are not fenced in any way and when exiting the elevator you may not notice and fall down.

We had the pleasure of staying at All Seasons Residence Apartment in Zlatibor for two nights, and our experience was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were overwhelmed by the warm hospitality extended by the entire staff. The location is fantastic, offering a perfect blend of comfort and scenic beauty. To make our stay even more magical, we were greeted by snowfall on the night of our arrival, adding a special charm to our trip. A heartfelt thanks to Mr. Boris, who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. His professionalism, kindness, and personal touch in assisting us were truly commendable. On the night we arrived, it was quite late, and the in-house restaurant was closed. Unsure of where to find a nearby restaurant, we reached out to him, and he not only helped us order food but also personally delivered it to our room. The next morning, he ensured that our breakfast was well arranged, showing great attention to detail and care. His dedication to guest satisfaction goes far beyond professional duty, reflecting a genuine passion for hospitality. It is rare to find such exceptional service, and we are truly grateful for his efforts. Overall, All Seasons Residence Apartment provided us with a memorable and comfortable stay, and we highly recommend it to anyone visiting Zlatibor. We would definitely love to return!

Great welcome, and next morning support, from front desk personel - kudos to boy named Rastko.

Breakfast is served from 8am. They gave us launch package as per request to have something to eat in the morning before we start the long drive to the coast. What we get is, by my opininion, not suitable for this kind of venue and price in this period of the year. When we gave them comment on this on the way out, the boy Rastko was supprised and he went to the kitchen I suppose, and give his best to give us proper breakfast. We where in the hury and allready on the way. Rastko called us, and drove up all the way where we are at the moment to give us proper breakfast. Once more, kudos to this boy.

Very kind staff, apartment was well located within walking distance to the centre of town. Apartment was clean (but no housekeeping) and well equipped and still very new. Breakfast was very good too

Noisy event on Saturday kept going through the night and was audible from the 5th floor with closed windows so not easy to sleep. Bed and pillows weren't the most comfortable. No air conditioning or fan so keeping window open best option on most nights. Close to construction site with works starting at 7 Monday to Saturday so no chance of sleeping in late. Zlatibor is one big construction site, and if we knew that before we would have booked another nearby town

Very comfortable, well-equipped apartment... Everything new and super clean! The breakfast was decent with enough options. They have a little playground, which the kids love! Plenty of free parking. Super friendly staff! Would definitely stay there again!

On a hot summer day, someone might be unhappy when they realize there is no air conditioning in the apartments. Also, although there is an elevator inside the building, you actually have to climb up some stairs to enter the building, so it might not be suitable for everyone.

I have only good words to share. First of all the staff is super friendly and always willing to assist you. The rooms are clean and well equipped. We were a family of 4 and the heating in the room worked perfectly which is an important part when traveling with kids. They also provide very good breakfast and they have a small playground for kids where you can drink your coffee while kids are playing. Regarding the location, the hotel is no more than a few minutes walk from the city center and the supermarket is right behind the corner.

I would say missing an elevator in the building where we were situated and depending on which building (and side) your room is, you might not get the best view from your balcony since there are a lot of buildings in the surrounding which seem to be a general trend in Zlatibor. However will definitely recommend this hotel especially for families.

Apartment was nothing like pictures in booking.com. not a big deal but I feel that it’s unethical to show 50-60sqm apartments and it’s furnishings and be given low 30 sqm apartment. My garage is bigger. Again it’s not a big deal as we stayed one night but we were disappointed with the apartment. Staff and food were excellent. Breakfast and coffee were also fantastic

We liked the location, effort of the staff on the reception, bed comfort as well as overall facilities. It was a bit messy on the breakfast but we came 30 minutes before the closing, so it was reasonable. The flat was immaculately clean.

The only big minus was the fact we could not enter the flat when we arrived (check in was from 2pm officially, we arrived at 3.30pm, but entered the apartment at 5pm). We had to wait for almost 1.5 hours (complimentary drink was a good move, but not enough to compensate the situation). On the other hand, once we applied for the later check out (1hr), we were informed that the next customers will be arriving accordingly so we have to stick to the schedule and rules. Fair enough and agreed, but still I can not see the consistency, the guests before us were obviously allowed to stay a bit longer against the rules, and us as the next incoming customers.
