Good location and clean and spacious room

Absence of water fountain to refill bottles in common areas (there was one in the buffet restaurant area but I had a bad experience trying to get a refill). I’ve been on a different hotel of the same chain last year and there was water fountain. The hotel claimed to have WiFi everywhere yet the rooms did not have any signal. And especially one staff member was extremely rude and unhelpful. Which honestly made the entire stay not feel as great. Breakfast buffet had very little choice and variety

The room was very spacious. We had a family room as we were travelling with 2 kids. We had a separate bedroom from the kids while being in the same room. Breakfast is good with a good choice of cereal, yoghurts, croissants as well as some cooked options such as sausages and eggs. The hotel is very well located to visit Futuroscope. This is not a fancy hotel but all amenities are there and everything works as it should. It is also very clean and the staff if very nice.

Very close (walking distance from Futurescope. The staff was nice and brought us a waterheater. The room was small but comfortable.

The wifi never worked

The reception staff when we arrived were brilliant. The room was very good, clean and comfortable. We used the hotel as a stopover and we couldnt have chosen one easier to find, more or less at the end of the exit slip road from the motorway

If we had one criticism the food at break fast although plentiful lacked an bit of freshness.

Good clean accommodation. Very comfortable bed. Good variety of food at breakfast. Very helpful reception and restaurant staff. Eady access to peage for onward journey.

Exceptionally busy as it was school holidays. Noisy because of large number of children. This was not the fault of the hotel, staff etc just the wrong time to visit,

Very comfortable bed. Reasonable amount of space but we were only 4 people in a 5 bed room.

I asked for early check-in which they agreed to but that did not grant us early access to our room. We still had to wait until 4pm.

Rooms for families of 5! Great breakfast buffet with pancakes, croissants, cereal, sausages and egg. Plenty of hot drink machines. Helpful, friendly staff. 20mins walk from the park entrance. Clean, quiet rooms, hot showers and loads of parking.

the location just off the motorway

they didn’t have any hot food. when we stayed before the restaurant served evening meals, including very good pizza. this time the restaurant was closed. There was an option to go to a nearby hotel for a buffet but at €25 per person for us this wasn’t an option as we only wanted a small meal. we paid to have breakfast in the morning but it was only cold items, these were ok but there wasn’t even a toaster .

I originally booked to pass by and my surprise was at the arrival that there were a lot of things that my kids could do at night at the parks to make the return home way better than expected. I will definitively will come back. The breakfast was great too

Friendly staff, 15-20 min walk to the Futuroscope. Great French breakfast

Shower drain was clogged when we checked in. Staff had to come fix it while we were gone though.
