The house was beautiful… so chic. Our bedroom was delightful with bonus of air conditioning in the 36 degree heat. Lovely decor and accessories. Great shower. Huge bed. Blackout blinds. À great sleep. Delicious continental breakfast. A perfect stay ✅🩵 Early access was available with clear instructions sent as to entry to property and room.

I loved it! Everything we wanted snd needed. Was hoping for potential of evening meal but restaurants à short drive away so not a problem . I didn’t indicate on booking and no one on reception to ask.

A beautiful property that is full of character , we have stayed a couple of times now and intend on coming back.The bedrooms are large and roomy, the showers too are spacious. No expense spared on the bedding and towels-the quality of both are exceptional. Loved the breakfast of fresh croissants and pain au chocolate with local honey and fruit juice.. Cathy our host was amazing.

The property was very nice. Our room was quaint, the beds were really comfortable and it was great the have air conditioning. There was a slight communication problem since our host did not speak English or Spanish and unfortunately we didn’t brush up on French.

I felt that we were rushed to leave our room. I tried to explain that I was trying to change a flight reservation and needed to stay on the internet for few more minutes to get a confirmation But I don’t think she understood me. Plus there were no restaurants near by.

Beautiful luxurious little guest house in a tranquil lovely village beside Poitiers. We were upgraded to the large room and it was Beautiful. The most comfortable bed I've ever slept in, and fabulous shower. Lovely fresh continental breakfast in the morning. Secure free parking, and only 5 minutes back to the motorway. The host was very attentive and helpful

Nothing negative about the facilities, but we booked late so there was no dinner available, which meant we had to drive a couple of miles to get food.

We loved everything! The hotel is designed to a really high standard. the bed was super comfortable. Large rainfall shower and separate roll top tub in the bedroom was magnificent! The host was really friendly and although she didn’t speak much English and we didn’t speak much French, we made it work! we arrived too late for dinner, but the host put together a cheese and meat platter for us and some wine and we had it in our room. Breakfast was waiting ready for us early the next morning. A really personal stay - just fantastic!

We stayed in many gorgeous properties this summer but Martha’s house is the easiest 10/10. Our room was cosy and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. No fuss, just good taste and quality service.

Wonderful accommodation, large and very tastefully decorated double family room. Perfect place to stay for the night on our way to Spain, but of course also suitable for a longer vacation in the Poitiers area.

Amazing property, our room in the attic with a free standing bath was wonderful: spacious, luxurious and beautifully decorated. The dinner around a big table with the other guests was excellent, and it forced us to be sociable! Excellent breakfast. We weren't expecting to be able to charge our electric car on-site - another bonus

Nothing - being 6'3" I did comment that a higher shower head would be good - it was already booked in to be raised!

Cathy was lovely and friendly. We got in rather late, she recommended a place to eat near by and treated us with a smile late at night when we arrived. Parking right there and breakfast was lovely.
