Hotel is good, comfy rooms, there was a dorm room provided for driver as well. Breakfast options are Ok-Ok.. not that great. They have a restaurant that serves both veg and non veg, so we were not comfortable checking the restaurant. Location is very close to Guruvayoor temple and accessible.

Food.

Break fast was really good.

we stayed in a big room with two beds ( adjoint rooms). There should have been a door in between. without which even though it is a family it looks little awkward. two elderly couple having diff sleep timings . it was not comfortable. I hope the management decides quickly and provide at least a nice sliding door.

Access to temple, cleanliness, ample parking space and the staff behaviour was really good. Really appreciate all this.

1). The bed was old and not comfortable. I am sure these needs to be replaced with new ones. 2). Though free breakfast was available we believe it could have been served hot though we had at 10 am. Coffee and tea were just cold. No juice . Just cut watermelon and couple of pieces of pineapple.

exceptionally clean and the room was awesome .. so was their restaurant , we had breakfast there and it was good. the service was also good

had a little bit of a confusion about an extra cot. we booked for 3 adults and 1 child (7 year old) .. the property showed an executive room with 1 large double bed and 2 double beds .. and thats what is showed in the booking . but when we got there, they said we had to pay extra for an extra mattress. there was only one large double bed in the room. However, after talking to the staff and reception, they agreed not to charge for the extra mattress. so really appreciate that.

Location

While checking in , my only request to them was to give a room with good air conditioning… But the only complaint with the allotted room was the poor quality of air conditioning . however after complaining twice they have given me an exceptionally good room with good air conditioning and spacious too..

Facilities etc was good, but distance from the temple ( main attraction there) was a bit more . Further, value for money is less as the charges they were charging a bit high

Excellent rooms, AC and Washrooms.

The food in restaurant (the beakfast) was not even on a warmer. Served cold. Items limited. Only south indian. Not even Bread n jam with toasting facility. Disappointing in a 3 star hotel.

Main attraction is the location as it is very close to the temple which is walkable Facilities is amazing staffs are very helpful Had a great stay!
