The hotel is on the main road into Los Alcazares old town (not the main through the area, which is where all the big supermarkets are). It is in the Los Narejos area about 5 minutes walk to the beach and three minutes to Avenida Rio Nalon, a pedestrian area with a lot of bars and restaurants. The reception and breakfast/dining room seem newly decorated and modern. The continental breakfast was exceptional with a nice selection of cheeses, meats, breads, cereals, and pastries. The staff were very friendly and attentive, especially at breakfast. The bedroom was more basic but large so our triple occupancy had plenty of room. There was a daily cleaning service. There was good storage space by hotel standards. A kettle and coffees were provided. There was plenty of street parking opposite the hotel.

The main inconvenience was, possibly because of our triple occupancy, that the table for the coffee kettle had no available plug. Other than unplugging the TV, there was no suitable, safe, plug to use the kettle. The bed mattress was comfortable but firm - not to the liking of all.

The staff were great and very helpful. The rooms were spotless and had great facilities. Location was great. A 5 minute walk to the main strip and maybe 7 minutes to the beach. Highly recommend this hotel.

Can't really think of anything. If I had to be hyper critical, the TV was a bit small for my eyes :). Seriously though, this was a great hotel. Definitely deserves better than a 2 star.

very clean and quiet room. We only used as a base so didn't have breakfast there so can't comment on that. very friendly staff. Not our first time at this hotel and definitely won't be our last.

Good location, a short walk to afew nice local bars and a 10 minute walk to "the strip" with everything you could want to eat and drink (mostly uk themed) The hotel is clean and nicely decorated, the staff are welcoming and speak a little English (my Spanish isn't the best but I try). The bed was amazing, the air conditioning was nice and cold in the room. Definitely stay again. Nice location for a short break.

the shower needs to be replaced the base was a four foot high square bath which was very hard to get out of as slipped and fell trying to get out there was no bath matt I reported it and they put a matt in straight away

The staff very friendly went out of their way to make sure we were OK. Room very modern even Kettle and tea and coffee in room. Excellent value for money. Continental breakfast lots to choose from. Will we be going back. Yes definitely.

We were next to the stairs so heard people going up and down, but it wasn't all night

Simple but comfortable room, the air conditioning was a little noisy and the walls were a little thin as you could hear everyone else talking in other rooms but the rooms are very clean and comfortable ,cleaned every day and you are given fresh towels which is nice.

Noisy air con and thin walls, the breakfast could also could have done with an option of fresh fruit for those that don’t eat cheese and sausage.

Clean, comfortable room & hotel. Great shower in our room with a balcony. Lovely staff, they were very friendly & helpful. Great breakfast. Not far from the beach & centre of Los Narejos for shops & restaurants. Good value for money, nothing fancy.

We stayed in a super room with a walk in shower, for people like our selfs of a certain age its much better than trying to step into a bath and try to shower. the balcony was an added bonus. Great stay, excellent value for money.

The owner upgraded us to a room with a safe at no extra cost, he was very helpful and made my tea as soon as I went down for breakfast.

I think the bedrooms were fine but it would be helpful if there was another bedside cabinet by the side of the bed, also the main table was very small.
