It was really clean and comfortable, the common area was super nice and the staff was helpful. They had a lot of amenities and a mini fridge in the room. Overall it was pretty good.
Location wasn't amazing, but it's not too bad, there are conbinis around and it's about 10 min to the station, if you're really tired you can get closer by bus. The most annoying was that we were a group of 4 and they only gave us 1 key for the room, and it was also necessary to keep the lights on, so it was hard to go out of the room and stuff. Other than that It was really good.

We stayed in the bunk bed room, which is just about suitable for two people. The room is very small, but for those who only use it for sleeping, it’s fine. There is a shower and a TOTO toilet in the room, both clean and well-ventilated. During our 12-day stay, cleaning was done once, but this didn’t bother us. There are indeed a few elderly homeless people in the area, but this didn’t disturb us either. Nearby, you’ll find Lawson, 7/11, other supermarkets, restaurants, and cafés. Minami-Senju Station is about a 6-8 minute walk away, where you can recharge your IC card, and both JR and metro lines are available. There is also a traditional Japanese craftsman nearby who makes lanterns - definitely worth visiting and buying from him. The bus stop is also close; we took the bus to Asakusa. The common area is spacious and well-equipped, with a vending machine, smoking area, tables, sofas, a microwave, a water dispenser, a sink, etc. The staff is average. Overall, it is worth the price.
The room is indeed very small, so it’s worth considering before booking. It’s not the hotel’s fault, but while packing, the zipper on my suitcase broke, so I had to buy a new one that morning before heading home. In the rush, I had no place to dispose of the damaged suitcase, so I had to leave it in the room. In Japan, there is an extra fee for this, which I was informed about afterward. I wasn’t aware of this policy in advance. I'm sorry that it turned out this way. Anyway, I have no negatives to mention.

I was near and got to see the famous Sumidagawa fireworks festival. (The sun was so strong that day that the curb I sat on to watch the fireworks was still warm. (July ~ August is the hottest time to visit).
Well, the room was a bit small, but I'm used to that having been in and out of Japan al my Life. Also the "Zen" garden had chairs for cigarette smokers which defeated the purpose (Honmatsu tentou ni natta!) I am anti-cigarettes and the tobacco smell lingers as the tobacco smell doesn't escape and cigarette smokers should go outside to "get their nicotine fix."

I recently stayed at this place, and I have to say it was quite a pleasant experience. The shared areas were clean and well-maintained, which made a big difference in my overall comfort. The bed in my room was super comfortable making it easy to get a good night’s sleep after a long day of exploring. Ideal location close to the station and plenty of convenience stores etc Staff were polite and friendly
Sometimes you can hear others but majority of the time people were not too loud when coming and going

Location was good as it was one block back from the main street so it was quiet. Good access to train station, supermarket, convenience stores and other food options. Short drive to Asakusa and Tokyo Skytree. Our room had a comfortable bed, private bathroom and shower which was great. The common area was neat and tidy and had a microwave and hot water for 2 minute noodles. I didn’t use it but they have washing machine and dryer facilities. Friendly staff allowed us to checkout in early as my son was not well and needed to rest.
Room was a bit small but that was ok as we were able to store our carry on bags underneath the bed. It was only for one night so we didn’t mind. For the price per night, we couldn’t expect much more.

I love what the hotel looks like. Nice and clean, somewhat old tradition inn in Japan. I like that it is near Asakusa, Sensoji Temple, and Sumida River. It's too bad we discovered that one day before our departure that those places can be walking distance from our hotel. Oh! You can also see the sky tree from the front door of the hotel.
The room is small, but enough to be very comfortable for couples. Also, if you have more luggage, I don't know if it will fit the room. We only have 2 large luggage. There is also a laundry washer and dryer, but during winter, we need to spin our clothes 3x for it to be fully dried.

Close to bus stop, Asakusa and 10mins away from the nearest Station (Minami Senju), The room we chose was a decent size for 4 people, and we were able to pack our shopping comfortably. They have a water dispenser and microwave downstairs, and laundry at the 4th floor.
Yhey don’t have an elevator. Going up and down the stairs with all our things when checking in and out is a pain.

It's in the quiet side to Tokyo, and the closest train station is almost a kilometer, if you don't mind that. They also let us leave our luggage and they do accept Yamato delivery services which we did, we communicated with the staff via google translate and they don't mind that. There's a place to eat on the ground floor. Easy access with a key card.
We booked a standard double room and it's not spacious at all. It's a bit smaller than expected.

Loved having my own room and bathroom after a week of hostels. The area was not super touristy so very nice and quiet. Bed was comfortable, room was small but that was expected but keep that in mind if you plan to stay a week as I only stayed one night and was not a worry. Check in and check out was very easy. There is an aircon, fridge and TV so you all amenities and it’s easy to get to the main train stations
Even though it says no smoking it kind of smelt like someone had smoked in the room.

We stayed in this room for one night, arriving late in Tokyo and leaving early to Nikko the next morning. This hotel was one of the best deal for our purpose, aka checking in late when arriving to Tokyo and checking out in the early morning to catch the first train from Asakusa station to Nikko. Staff was really kind and welcoming, the room was simple and regular size for Tokyo standards (i.e. small) but had everything we needed (private shower, clean room, comfy bed). Overall, it was good value for money.
The room could benefit from more solutions for clothing storage/hanging. We knew the room would be small, and we therefore would recommend this room for short stays to couples or solo travellers.
