Location , facilities were excellent

The front office staff need lessons in courtesy and manners . Our American friend was abruptly told “ We have to take your photo” without any explanation or reason . He is the Vice President of an MNC and a 68 year old gentleman and was naturally offended . The man showed the registration form of another American and said this is procedure . It is not usual procedure in any hotel to line up a guest and take his photo without an explanation . It is not a police station ! It is a hotel . Please see that others are not treated in the same way

Nice hotel, friendly staff and a good bar serving good food. There was a gym, pool and the rooms were big and comfortable.

Internet was a pain as it kept cutting out, probably due to the repetitive power cuts. Very annoying when trying to work remotely. It would have been nice to have been able to order drinks when by the pool.

Very Good breakfast with many options. Mix of South Indian, north Indian and continental delicious cuisine. Courteous and very supportive staff. Property is at city location, so easily local transportation is available. I stayed with family 4 nights, it was pleasant and memorable.

Loved the hotel. It had plenty of space inside along with a children's play area and pool. My son loved playing there. The room was amazing, and the bathroom and shower experience was wonderful. The bouffet and in-room dining was cheaper than we expected and food was really delicious. We went there in our EV and there was an EV charging station just 2.5 KM away. There was ample parking space both underground and outside (within hotel premises). Having an EV, we wanted to park in the shade, and the guards helped us with that every day. Our whole stay was made exceptional by the friendly and helpful staff and all the conveniences provided within the premises.

The bathrooms could have been slightly more child friendly, as they had lots of sharp corners, but that is something we exclusively faced with a toddler, not something everyone would face. The AC was a little too cold, and the staff were able to get it to mellow down a bit, but the heating was not working. Since pondy is a hot area, I suppose no one uses the heating, but the room ac was a little too cold for our son, and if we switched it off completely, it became too stuffy, as there was no fan in the rooms.

A very spacious property and great breakfast choices. Location is great and offers real value for money. Room sizes were great and facilities around were great.

Location, Parking Facility ( Valet Option ), Staff Behaviour, Overall Property. But yes, I noticed the maintenance of the property really needs some action. For Eg - There is an odd smell in the corridor at times, some of the room doors ( Entry Doors ) the wood needs polishing etc.

Families travelling with kids below 2 / 2.5 years should be a little concerned as this hotel does not have any options but "Dal - Khichdi" or "Smashed Rice - Plain Dal - Boiled Egg" as baby food. I was expecting a lot or at least some customisation ( For Eg - I asked if they can prepare a simple Chicken Stew or plain Non-Spice Fish Curry but they stated that they won't be able to do it ) of help from them but got really disappointed with the options provided that too at an exorbitant price. They should really work on this particular area / aspect and come up with some more options for baby food except "DAL _ KHICHDI"!!

The manager Mr.Satish & the steward Mr.Rajesh were really helpful and helped out of the way for everything. I would really take this opportunity to thank them for outstanding service & helpfulness towards the guest.

best hotel, clean rooms and wash rooms. clean linen, professional staffs especially The girl who serviced our rooms for 2 days. from the Door man to till reception all of them very professional and well knowledgeable staffs. break fast was awesome and large buffet. over all worth spending my holidays. soon I will be back with friends.

Food was excellent. Room and bed was clean , good and comfortable. The service was excellent. The staff were very humble and best in their services.

Price was high compared to any similar type of hotels. They charged like resort.
