The property stands strong and graceful in the heart of Pondicherry. The victorian structure makes you feel like a you're entering a true 5 star hotel (in its classic sense). It was quite a pleasant experience to have your vehicle taken care of while you enjoyed your stay including a full auto spa. The breakfast spread was fantastic and had a few exotic south indian choices to choose from apart from the usual English Breakfast. The staff were extremely polite and provided a true 5 star service.

The idea of having a picture taken of the guests even after providing your ID dint quite make sense. Although the front desk indicated this was a local government requirement, this wasn't validated with any written statements or confirmation.

Room which I booked was Tanjore Suite.,It is hotels most spacious & comfortable room. Suite was full of amenities. View of outside from the room was exceptional. They know the hospitality in real means..Every staff is so perfect in behavior. They perform their duty not as job in spite of that they feel belongingness. Food is outstanding. House Keeping service is full of punctuality. All the staff is so good but here I want to take name of two persons specially one is Mr Tanmay Mondal who has brilliant communication skill, He has skill to tackle any situation so wisely. He cares his guest beyond the line. Another guy is Umang who works in Essence is definitely so charming, perfect & behavior is outstanding.. I would love to come here again & again.

Gym is not spacious as it should be.

The hotel is maintained exceptionally well, located near to city centre its easily accessible to all the tourist spots. Rooms are clean, swimming pool was good, the 4th floor restaurant and the out door seating arrangement on terrace for watching IPL cricket was really great. Breakfast in the ground floor restaurant was exceptionally great , food prepared is really tasty. The entire hotel staff attend to the guests to the best of their capacity and bring a smile on every guest's face. Special call out to Mr Ganesh and Renuka from front office, Chef Kumar and his team for the yummy food, Alli Muthu for his service rendered with a smile, Umang and Aravind from 4th floor restaurant, for really taking care of us during our stay there. Thank you and keep up the good work. A big thanks to all the other staff as well.

Nothing everything was great

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Accord Puducherry, and I must say it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was warm and genuine. The staff are incredibly courteous, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile, making us feel right at home. The rooms were spacious, impeccably clean, and well-appointed with all the modern amenities one could need. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the room service was prompt and professional. In addition, I want to sincerely thank Richie, Nisha, Ayyappan, Tanmay, Ganesh, Maithreyi, Vignesh, Sritina, Subalakshmi, Allimuthu, and Murudass. Each of them contributed to making my stay comfortable and enjoyable through their warm service, helpful attitude, and genuine hospitality. A wonderful surprise awaited us at checkout when the team presented us with a delicious cake. This thoughtful gesture made us feel truly valued and appreciated, adding a special and memorable touch to the end of our visit. Your Bell Boy, Murugan is an extra-ordinary personality. In restaurant Shristina is Joyal personality. I do not remember the name of the Lady in saree, probably Banquette Manager was very helpful.

1) On the first day (7th May), I asked for Rice and Sambar along with Papad. I was given Besibel Bhat. 2) On 12th May, I ordered Dal-khichri and Mango Milk Shake. Quantity given was very small

It is just not a hotel, it is an experience . The differentiation point here is the quality of service, the empathic behaviour of all the staff with delicious food (amazed with the quality of food. Iin Pondicherry you get just wow North Indian taste and amazing south spreads ). I am also thankful to Vanaja ( one of the manager/staff there). She is one of the amazing and vibrant person I have met in hotel industry . She had taken care of us throughout our stay there and her caring nature is an example for ppl in this industry (an experience that makes a difference and that matters in todays world). Apart from her , each and every staff member were so good and of helping nature . I should appreciate the security guards and valet car staff standing on the entry point on their behavior , quick actions and welcoming nature . Going one step ahead these valet staff also recommended us few places which turned out to be really great . Kudos to whole Accord staff. I can surely recommend Accord.

I like the behaviour of all the staff members.. they are very cordial & helpful. It's very hygienic and clean . Food was delicious and service was extraordinary. The front desk staff were very helpful and guided us throughout our trip .

There is nothing that we didn't like but if I have to just put it into the notice then I would say that the breakfast was quite repetitive. Like we stayed for 4 days and had almost the same breakfast everyday.. no difference at all . But the chef was very polite and helpful and made sure that everyone had a good breakfast and served hot dosas & omelette etc , so no regrets at all .

We had our best time with family at the hotel. The staff, ambience, food, stay everything amazing!! Very friendly and kind staffs vasigaran, Ayyappan, mithri, subalakshmi and senthamilchelvan to mention a few. Our heartfelt thanks to the amazing chefs serving quality and tasty food We carried our baby and she felt so comfortable and enjoyed a lot!! Kids zone was a thrill for her!! Extremally amazing customer service. From the time we entered to the time we checked out. Few names i can remember - Kalai, Kannappan, Murugan, Sukmel, Queen, the bar staff etc. But all whom we interacted were eager to help and keep us happy through out. Patience was amazing. Food was awesome - you should try Chef's special salad and chicken dishes. Breakfast was a fabulous spread and each day was different. Overall, loved the service, stay, comfort and food
