Throughout our stay, the staff exhibited friendliness and willingness to assist. Their approachable demeanor contributed to a positive interaction with the hotel's team. Also, the rooms are big and comfortable. clean bathroom.

The stay was really comfortable and decor of the room was really good...The bathroom was very clean...the room was just how it's shown in the pictures.
The floor wasn't swept. There was a of dust on it. The bed covers and the pillow didn't seemed to be cleaned... it had dirt stains and also bit of hair.

Nice cosy room. Newly refurbished room, bathroom was cleaned and bad was comfortable.Good location, responsive room service, clean and comfortable room, fast check out. It was an excellent stay.

The Room and the facilities were good. Reception was helpful.Room was too clean and bed was too comfort for sleep. A warm welcome from staff.

The loved the service. The wanted to rent a vehicle and the hotel had it ready for me in 30mins and for a very reasonble price as well.
There were some parts of the room where the paint and the flooring were damaged.

It's was a such a wonderful experience with this property. Nice place to stay in Pondicherry. Worth for money. Well maintained rooms and friendly staffs. Best service and breakfast was amazing. Everyone visit and stay there and enjoy your stay at this property.
