Everything in the lodge was perfect, the staff and the rooms.

When you book, it states that they have horse riding, boat cruise, quad biking and all other activities as if they are in the lodge. After payments have been done that's when they send list of activities which are far from the lodge. The maximum time that we had to travel to get to the activities was 1hour 30 minutes. I think they should specify on their website next to the activities the Km of each activity. Or they should just specify that they don't have activities in the lodge but they can book for you in the area.

everything was nice...it is a verry quiet peacefull place with lots of fresh air and sounds of birds and animals

Very beautiful design, nice secluded area.

The boiler was too small for the big villa that we booked, we had to shower for one minute each, the the water was cold. The electricity was also not enough, you can't run all acs together, it just switched off. The choice was usually one ac and a kettle, or two acs, three acs was not possible. One of the bedrooms doesn't have an ac/heater at all, my child was very cold.

The room we stayed in was amazing.

Breakfast, I dont understand whether they dont have budget for breakfast or they are trying to save.

The location was perfect. The villa was spacious and we enjoyed breakfast. Everything was up to standard. We wanted to braai but due to rain it was not possible.

The surrounding is dark, try to put outside lights, cause we went out in the evening and struggled to reach our accommodation because it was so dark

Breakfast was delicious and prepared considering our diet restrictions. Their breakfast specials was mouth watering and yummy. Both cold and hot foods were offered to us and were thoroughly prepared. We enjoyed our breakfast.

We paid for a platter, bouquet, chocolate and a few other treats but the establishment was not aware of it. The staff saw the money but they didn't know what it was for. We ended up agreeing on spending it on other things.

The fact that the room was big enough,well equipped with everything you need to function,the head board and iron in the room topped it all.the staff was friendly and welcoming Nomsa by reception is the best ,Ruth won our hearts with her smile,Khensani took care of our room it was always clean and smelling fresh always.

Nothing everything was just perfect there’s nothing I didn’t like

They absolutely spoiled us for our anniversary. The staff is friendly and the owner really cares about her guests. I like that they recommended activities we can do. We loved the room, and the bed was super comfy. Absolutely loved the bike riding and being able to see the wildlife.

Cleaning of the room can be done slightly later, after we leave for the day, but not a big deal.

The rooms are clean and very fitting for the wildlife estate I had Rhino Room. Comfy beds and very good facilities. Staff extremely helpful. The manager in particular deserves commendation, went above and beyond at every step. The owners are on hand and also very friendly.

I had to leave back to my student accommodation!
