I enjoyed that it was a big enough room for a family of four plus our large service dog. It had all the facilities that we needed for a long weekend, especially if you were cooking in the room since it had a stove top. We enjoyed the beautiful location as it was serene and a wonderful getaway from the city. The free breakfast in the morning was wonderful and fully stocked with good fresh food. The staff was friendly and personable as soon as we arrived and was sure to inform us of the hours and times of the restaurant and bar on property.

The tv did not work in our room but that was not a downside as we were out of the room most of the time. The restaurant on the location was fabulous but would have been helpful to have more kid friendly options but again it was not a mood killer and we made due.

The land on which it is situated is absolutely beautiful! Visit the church near it. The staff was nice. If you take into consideration the keypoints in the Dolomities, like Seceda, Ortisei, Alpe di Siusi, Ridugio delle Odle, Lago di Braies and Cadini di Misurina, I would not stay here again in order to win more time for the activities. Breakfast was good and the room was clean.

The matress was awful, could not get a good sleep because of it. The breakfast starts at 7 but because they had a big group of tourits, one morning I could not sleep from 5 am, when they started the breakfast for this group, the walls are too thin and all I kept hearing was the chiars being dragged across the floor. I also did not like that first we were given a room on the second floor that smelled really bad and had only 2 tiny windows on the roof. This room was not what I payed for according to the pictures shown on booking. The receptionist told us the rooms are assinged randomly, but managed after insisting to give us another room. We were very tired and wasted time with this situation which was an inconvenience.

Location is ok. You need max 1h of driving to the most famous nature attractions. There are also public buses that stops next to hotel. View from hotel is amazing. It was clean. Stuff wanted to make some food for our baby that has allergies.

Not so much choice for breakfas, like one type of cheese, one type of ham, mashed eggs and bacon, and some sweet cakes and croissants. Organisation in the kitchen in the morning was bad. In my opinion, they lack number of people working for breakfast. After people take all the eggs and bacon, you have to wait for 30 min for another round. If you don't get half-board for dinner, you have like 10 dishes only as a choice in restaurant. If you don't book half-board while booking your stay, you can't pay extra for it. And you don't have a lot of options, because you are out of the city. Nearest village is 5 min driving, but I haven't seen there a lot of restaurants.

This was an absolutely beautiful place! With an incredible view over the mountains, the grounds were gorgeous and full of history. There was a lovely bar and restaurant onsite and you can rent e-bikes there to follow the beautiful trails if you’re not hiking. We had a lovely member of staff show us around when we arrived and a fantastic waiter at the restaurant. Only 30 minutes drive to Karasee lake!

After twisting my ankle mountain biking, there wasn’t any help onsite and being such a remote spot left us in a bit of a pickle!

The building and the location is great, it's on top of a mountain and at the time of our stay (March) it was snowy and the place looked great. There are books to read in the public spaces and the breakfast was great, many options for foods and also the possibilities to get coffe and other drinks. The room was clean and very spacious, it also included a balcony with an outside view. The wifi was free and rather fast with good coverage, a really important thing because at the location of the hotel there is no cellular coverage.

There were some lights that were falling out of the ceiling in the bathroom.

Located on some beautiful grounds that I imagine families with small kids would like as there aren't any vehicles allowed near the hotel itself, there is a lot of green space, and even some trails nearby.

The breakfast. The layout of the breakfast looked impressive, but much of the food tasted dried out/undress. The eggs were a soupy mess and cold. While some other guests had juice, no juice was to be found when we arrived. The rolls were good and I enjoyed the hot cup of tea.

It's a beautiful location and very nice complex including restaurant & bar, beerhouse (not open during our visit) and church. Breakfast was very good, we also liked the possibility of the dinner after our arrival. Room was well equipped, so we didn't miss anything.

It was too warm in the room and probably very dry air (even my hands were dry from contact with linen). Toilet seat wasn't cleaned properly, but we can say that the room and facilities were cleaned in overall. The rooms are not very soundproof. The time of the holy masses could be better (sooner in the morning, later in the evening).

Location on a picturesque mountain in the Dolomites! Beautiful and striking scenery all around. There is a convent on the grounds that's worth a visit. The room was not large, but comfortable. Breakfast was sufficient (although the eggs weren't kept warm). Friendly and helpful staff.

Would be helpful to put a teapot (kettle) in the room. The parking ticket machine didn't always work properly (free for hotel guests), but the staff was available to assist.

I went late night because I lost way so I sent a message to hotel via booking.com but they say cannot wait for me after9 p.m. I was hurry up arrived 9.15 to the reception. There was still opened reception Florencia was very good service. Hotel is very good surrounding behind church good breakfast beautiful view and not far from carezza lake

Kitchen without equipment

The accommodation is set in beautiful surroundings. It's a long ride up the mountain but well worth it. There is a restaurant, bar and brewery on site. The room size is just right, the bed was too soft for us but we had no major problems. The breakfast selection was great. I recommend.
