Great location! Spacious bedroom/living area (all one room). Windows open on to a main street. Nice dining table and kitchen space. Loads of storage space for clothes. Very nice member of staff on reception.

Seemed a bit unclean in the kitchen and bathroom. No natural light in the kitchen. A very loud boiler. No shower gel, just a couple of tiny shampoo packets. A few of the kitchen items don't work on the induction hob. A few essential items would be appreciated, like salt and pepper, say. Sparse with loo roll. WiFi was so slow that we couldn't use it. TV is a postage stamp on a wall 20 miles from the bed or perpendicular to the sofa.

The flat itself was in the city centre which was great for going out and seeing the sights of the city. When needed the staff were available to talk to and very helpful. The flat was nice and spacious for more than just 4 people. There was also parking available if you drove.

It was quite complicated to drive to the flat as the car needed to be registered by the flat owner to enter the city centre. This is not mentioned in the booking information. The parking was also a 10-min walk from the flat. It was hard to get to as there are a lot of road closures that don't show up on Google maps.

The location is amazing, in a pedestrian area in the city centre, 2 minutes walking from piazza Walther. Our apartment was very spacious and clean. They have a restaurant / cafe downstairs with a great outdoor seating area.

There’s nothing we didn’t like, more a suggestion: only shampoo was provided as toiletries, it would have been nice to have some shower gel.

+ location, super central + good price

- our room at the last floor was giving to the pedestrian street and with the open windows (no AC just a ventilator ) was quite loud till late during the night. - the hotel is located in a pedestrian zone. They are giving the possibility to park the car in a private garage for 10 euro per day at 10 minutes walking distance. That was really good. Only problem that the garage is quite narrow for big cars or SUV.

It is centrally located, has great space, and has recently been renovated. The staff was of good help in answering questions and providing service. The parking space is further away (outside the traffic zone area on Andreas Hofner Street), but it was only a 6-minute walk to get there.

The elevator to the fifth floor was problematic, so I had to carry my luggage five stairs up. The apartment ran out of toilet paper and cleaning sope for the dish. Something in the bathroom to remove the shower water would have been needed, and the entire floor got wet due to no drainage well. Some extra kitchen equipment would have been required; the room has four beds but only plates for two.

Location-perfect location for the Christmas market and shopping. Big place- 4 true rooms- 1) two singles, 2) full bed & single 3) full bed 4) one single, living room)1 single and 3 couch beds.

The house was not ready at check in. We arrived 30 minutes before check in (1430) and asked if we could check in early. The house was not ready but they let us leave our stuff. The house then wasn't ready at 1500 (check-in time). It was closer to 1630. It wasn't a big deal but a little inconvenient. Also, the power kept tripping while we were making dinner.

This old building has been beautifully renovated to suit modern requirements but retains features of the old building. It would be very comfortable for a long stay with a well-appointed kitchen and lots of room. It is situated in the heart of the old town and only a couple of minutes walk from the beautiful historic square and the Otzi the ice man museum. The train station is only about five minutes away.

No complaints.

Staff was really nice and helpful, very central location, minimal but functional apartment (kitchen etc), great for families especially if you want to cook some meals and not always eat out.

If you arrive by car consider you will not be able to get close to the apartment to unload/load the luggage (it's in the very city center and cars are not allowed).

Location is fantastic, very close to main square, underground parking and lots of restaurants. Spacious and well equipped apartment.

Only 1 pillow per guest and quite flat so not the most comfortable. End of check in time kept changing - one is shown on Booking.com, another was sent via message after booking was made (messaged back multiple times to clarify and never got a reply) and yet another via WhatsApp - please pick one and stick to it as this is a logistical nightmare for guests.

The property was absolutely amazing. We had an entire apartment and it was spacious and very well appointed. Right in the heart of the town, it was wonderful

It was very hard on arrival to know what to do. We arrived a lot earlier on a train and had nowhere to leave our luggage and no way to make contact with the host. We didn't know what to do.
