An amazing place! 💓 Stylish and cozy! From the very moment we stepped through the door, we felt like we were visiting dear friends – that’s how much care and attention we were surrounded by! The hotel is perfectly located, just a 3-minute walk from the main cathedral, yet the street it’s on is incredibly quiet, ensuring you a peaceful night’s sleep. Speaking of sleep, I need those pillows and blankets at home, please! 🤞🏻🙈 And absolutely, I mean absolutely, you must try Barbara’s pancakes for breakfast! I insist! 😆

A wonderful old beautifully renovated villa creating comfortable accomodation in the heart of old town Meran and perfect for walking. The owner/manager and staff were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended

Traveling by car can be tricky because access to the hotel is through a restricted area (permit provided) from only one direction and limited parking must be arranged with the hotel. It is possible but I found it stressful. Parking remotely and walking to the hotel is possible and easier.

Sizeable and comfortable rooms in the centre of Merano. The apartments are very clean, spacious and in a great location. We were welcomed by excellent/friendly staff and the atmosphere of the interior is full of charm and character. The parking arrangement is also great (secure and easily-accessible underground parking a short walk away), especially given the usual difficulty of finding good parking in the town.

My only niggle is that we were offered a breakfast, which I assumed was included in the room rate (no price was mentioned), for which we were later charged 20 EUR per person, which seemed quite expensive given I had a couple slices of fruit.

The hotel is newly opened and renovated , the ladies there were very helpful and super friendly and nice, the location was a walking distance to the main attractions.

Excellent location. Small business with only a few rooms. Very friendly staff. Good breakfast. No key for the room. Self-service lounge bar. Big shower cabinet. Details of the decoration.

The whole property is beautiful. Period building completely renovated with exquisite taste. Staff were wonderful!

Sadly a dog was barking for an hour and there is construction on the street which will be finished shortly. Aside from that there was nothing to fault.

This is a new, elegantly decorated, small hotel, with a very friendly staff and owners. The rooms are spacious: a bedroom comes with one additional tea room (or even two additional rooms in some options). The bed was big and comfortable with a selection of pillows. At first sight, the a la carte breakfast may seem to have quite limited options, but in fact we always were very satisfied with the volume and especially with the quality of food (South Tyrolean and fresh). The owners and staff are very friendly, welcoming and ready to help and provide you with tips regarding local restaurants, etc. The hotel stands near the end of the main pedestrian historical street of the city, a bit off the crowded places, which gives you both - close proximity to everything and at the same time quietness.

There was a noisy neighbor in the opposite building. But I think the owners will solve it. Anyway, we could sleep with closed windows.

Nice and new accommodation, very good AC. It could have more things in the kitchenette. We had our breakfast in the room and it was very pleasant. Good breakfast but if you stay more days (we staid 7) you realize that you don't have so many choices.
