A perfect location right on the beach with sunbeds and umbrellas outside for guests. Yiannis our host and Eleutheria our cleaner were both so helpful. Yiannis took us to the supermarket on our first evening so we could stock up as there were facilities close by. Much appreciated . He also provided us with all our water so when we did walk to get more snacks we never had to carry heavy bottles back to our room.

We looked late so our room was quite small, my husband is very tall so the bathroom was a bit of a challenge .

We liked this hotel very much, where you can leave your room and be at the sea in 1 minute. We were able to reach the food and beverage venues in Lakki and Panteli districts with short walking distances. We also thank the hotel owner, Giannis, for taking very good care of us. We got food poisoning from the breakfast we had elsewhere and Giannis brought us bread, water, yogurt and offered to take us to the hospital. Moreover, he did all this without expecting anything in return. We were very impressed by this behavior. We plan to come again.

Giannis was very kind and friendly. He took us from the port to the hotel and back for the good price and helped us to plan visiting distant areas of the island. The room was very beautiful. We especially enjoyed the large balcony with sea view. The private beach was great too and there were always free sunbeds. It was so great to swim there in the early morning while we were the only guests on the beach. There was also nice snorkeling.

I had an amazing stay at this place! The location is perfect, just a short walk to the beautiful sea. The calm, crystal-clear water made it ideal for swimming, and the fact that there were no waves made it even better. The beach was quiet and not crowded at all, offering a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to enjoy some serene beach time!

The inside of the room was quite clean. Overall, the room is basic but acceptable. The price is OK for 2 people. Plenty of parking space at the premise.

The balcony (ground floor room) is essentially useless as it is was not clean and it faces a 'garden' that is relatively messy. One can't sit at the balcony and feel comfortable, especially at night. This is not a major problem but it should be improved.

The owner is exceptionally nice and will take care of all your needs. As a last minute traveller i was impressed how flexible and accomadating he was. The place is in a central location and can explore rhe island easily. I very much enjoyed leros and much of it thanks to this hotel.

Great seafront location with private parking and a few steps away from a great beach bar. Vromolithos is a great base as it's only a few minutes drive to everywhere on Leros island. Nice veranda with sea views. Nice and simple accommodation solution.

Wi-Fi was strong in the veranda but not inside the room.

Yannis, the owner was the best! He was very reachable all the time and very helpful about everything. Everyone was so kind to us. Sea was very good. Also the location was too close to every place we wanted to go.

The facilities on the beach need to improve. Also it would be perfect if there would be some things to eat or drink at the hotel. We could spend much time at the hotel.

Comfortable bed. Owner was very welcoming and helpful. Only thing I was missing was a hairdryer. The studio is well equipped and close to the beach. Well worth it price

Not a fault with the accommodation but the steep hill either side to go out maybe a problem for some people.

Leros is a tiny island and our expectation was just the location, closed to the pantelli beach etc.however we were suprised with that the hotel had a private sandy beach with sun-beds without charge. Besides we didnt rent a car and the owner was so helpful for transportation without any demands. We felt like home because in room you have everything you want, esp kitchen. We loved this place and we will stay there again undoubtfully.

Unfortunately internet connection was weak and disrupted several times but this was not the hotel's fault, due to the windy climate whole island is faced with this internet problem.
