We very much enjoyed our stay at Alidian.Our Owner hosts Tony and Efe (spelling) we’re exceptional. From reception to departure (5 days)our stay was fantastic with lovely breakfast,comfortable room and bed. I can highly recommend Alidian especially the young owner’s who show in their behaviour the very best of Greek Island warmth and professional hospitality.

A family owned business, great location, very well designed hotel in front of the beach. Calm and cosy place with REALLY helpfull and smiling staff. Special thanks to Ephdi, she is the best. Very clean hotel, comfy rooms. The kitchen was perfect, thanks to the Chef, very delicious meals and snacks. Comfortable sunbeds, staff serving directly to the beach whole day. The best part, Owners are always around and trying to make your holiday better as much as they can. You can always find Antonis whatever you need, and he will be there for you. George was really helpfull as well, thanks for the bandages:) We had the best times in Alidian. Thanks again.

It was a very pleasant stay. The hotel was spotless, the rooms were comfortable, and every detail seemed thoughtfully considered. Breakfast was fresh and delicious — especially the fruits, traditional Greek salad, and local flavors. The staff was kind and attentive. The beach area was clean and the sunbeds were comfortable. Being a family-run hotel added a warm and welcoming atmosphere. I would gladly recommend it.

Suggestion for improvement: It would be nice to have more shaded areas around the pool to make the space more comfortable during the hottest hours of the day.

Lovely junior suite overlooking the pool. Very clean and plenty of storage. Great size fridge and freezer with good selection of plates/glasses/cutlery. Staff are excellent and work really hard serving guests at the pool and on the beach. Sunloungers at the beach are great and the water is crystal clear. Food is great, good selection at breakfast and the cocktails even better 😆. We didn’t use the pool as it was so hot, we enjoyed the breeze on the beach, but it’s a lovely area with lots of seating. The hotel is tastefully decorated and you can see how hard all of the staff work to make it so lovely. We’ll definitely be back.

The aircon unit in the bedroom appeared to be quite new but didn’t seem very effective. We would have loved a fan as would have just used that with the doors open rather than the aircon. I don’t think the beach in front is private as non-guests were using it, often rocking up and leaving stuff on the sun loungers then disappearing for hours. Although the hotel own the loungers they don’t charge non-guests for them, can’t help thinking that the hotel is missing a trick there?

We ordered breakfast on the first morning - it was top class in terms of quantity, quality and presentation! There were five of us and we had ordered one each - turns out there was far too much for all of us, but it didn't go to waste! For context, we stayed at Easter, before peak season, so Leros as a whole was only beginning to emerge from its winter slumber - this affected the availability of the outdoor pool and cafe area, but it looked very appealing and I can see it being very popular in summer. I am travelling solo to Leros in July so I hope to call in to sample that experience.

Whilst the presentation of the rooms was immaculate, functionally, I found that the bathroom became quite wet as water did escape the shower area. A minor quibble.

The owners and the staff creates a very positive environent. Excellent location with its beach right in front where you have comfortable beds and food and beverage service.

After checking out, we left our luggage at the reception and spent the remaining time at the beach until our departure. During this time, we continued to enjoy food and drinks at the hotel. However, we were quite surprised when our waiter—who had been serving us for the past three days and knew us well—asked us to settle the bill before our order had even been served. This felt unexpected and somewhat unprofessional, especially given the rapport we had built. It left us with a disappointing final impression after an otherwise pleasant experience.

This hotel is really stylish (but not in any way pretentious) .. attention to detail both inside and out. We had a lovely room: powerful hot shower; toiletries, kitchenette with fridge and great coffee machine, balcony with a beautiful view of the lovely bay. The breakfast was delicious…fruit, yoghurt, Greek salad, bread, pastries, cereals, omelette, maybe club sandwich. There is a modern swimming pool with comfortable beds and chairs around it .. and the bar alongside. The sea is just across the road with comfortable sun beds and parasols. The family and staff are friendly, helpful and just lovely.

Alidian Bay Suites is a great hotel; the best choice in Leros. It is comfortable, chic & very close to the central attractions. The breakfast and the beach service throughout the day are very good. The food and especially the cocktails are great. The beach itself is wonderful; so clean and calm. The perfect spot to relax. Our host Antonis was also a true luck. He sorted out all our needs and assisted us perfectly. Thanks for everything!

We stayed as two families, with children aged 7 and 8. If you are coming to Leros, you can stay at this hotel without any hesitation. It is very clean, and the food and drinks are excellent. The breakfast is great, especially the omelette; the yogurt and fruit are very fresh and delicious. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The sea is amazing, and there is no need to go anywhere else during your stay. The pool is sufficient for children. Without a doubt, this is a hotel I will come back to.

Everything is more than perfect! The sea is beautiful and like a glass. The sunbeds of the hotel are very comfortable and you can eat and drink there with very reasonable prices. The rooms are very clean and very big. You just have everything you need. I am also very thankful to Efi about her very friendly hosting. We will definitely come back and stay at Alidian Bay Suites for a longer time.
