The apartments are on the seafront and five minutes walk from the ferry terminal. Our apartment was large and reasonably equipped and what you might expect for the price. The view from the balcony was lovely. The owners aren’t there all the time, but communication by the booking.com messaging service is quick and effective. The town centre, supermarket and traditional bakery are only five minutes walk away. There are very few restaurants, but Manolis Tastes makes up for that - a tremendous restaurant. They hire cars at 25€ a day, which is very good considering there are only 10 mines of surfaced roads on the island.

Vasilia and her parents, were such good hosts, Greek hospitality at it's best! The large, bright, apartment was spotlessly clean and comfortable, the kitchen was very well equipped, and the view from the balcony, overlooking the bay with the small town, the harbour, the ferry port, and further out to sea, all visible, was fantastic. From the apartment it's only a few minutes walk along the (very new!) quay to several cafes, bars and good fish restaurants. Lispi, in the month of May, at least, is a quiet, unspoilt island, and definitely worth a visit.

Our stay, of 4 nights, wasn't long enough!

I love this accommodation. The family who own the business are so very friendly, helpful and kind. I never want to stay anywhere else on Lipsi, so close to the port, tavernas and Lientou beach. But nothing is ever very far away on this perfect little island. Checked out this morning and am really wishing we hadn’t!

Everything . It was more than I expected as it was more of an apartment and close to everything . The family that run it are very friendly and lovely and when I had no beach towels , they gave me some for our stay which we appreciated. They also do car rental which is convenient and a must to see this lovely little island . The balcony overlooking the port and harbour is just lovely to sit and relax .

Second visit, wouldn’t stay anywhere else. Spacious, well equipped apartment in a perfect location with a large, covered balcony enjoying views over the harbour and local bays. Friendly, helpful owners who accommodate arrivals at all hours of the day and night.

Beautiful spacious studio accommodation, exquisitely tiled floors, and ample cupboard space. Well equipped kitchen. The close-up, panoramic sea view from the balcony was wonderful. Very close to the ferry terminal. I enjoyed my stay here.

Communication with the host could have been better and more welcoming.

The owners were very helpful as bad weather delayed our ferry and we arrived in the middle of the night. The apartment is close to the ferry terminal and has a great view from the balcony. It was very clean and everything you needed was there. Very good value for money.

Superb location and views over the sea from our balcony. Easy going hosts who know what is required and the studio was very well equipped to cook and work from. Comfortable and clean. Quiet at night and walking distance to everything we needed.

Poor wifi so we used our own data - not a deal breaker. Dirty coffee plunger had been put in cupboard by a previous occupant and was missed by cleaners.

Great location to ferry, beautiful view over Harbour.good utensils though I didn’t use most. Nice touch of some nice red wine to have. Bottle of water provided daily and cleaning new towels done

There are several steps up to the room, but do get a nice view. Tea and coffee would be handy as facilities to make it are there

Everything about the 4 night stay was exceptional.The room was huge and very well equipped, and the location was perfect with lovely views across the harbour.And the owner ,Mr Marco ,and his wife were great as was the general ambulance of our stay on Lipsi.Recommended!
