What is interesting about this hotel is, you literraly doing your check ins and going to your hotel by passing inside of the most beautiful hotel of Patmos which is Aktis Patmos. This feels really good to be honest because you can enjoy your time in both hotels. The bed&pillows were super comfortable, we had a pleasant sleep. The hotel is very quite in general, and very clean even if you are bringing so much sand to the room because you need to pass by the beach to enter the hotel.

The breakfast can have more variety. Don't get me wrong there are eggs, fruits, jams, olives, croissant etc but we're in Greece. I was hoping to see some sessame bagels, pastries like börek and not only 1 kind of cheese. And there was a staff shortage. There was only very nice lady trying to handle all breakfast proces like bringing new products when they are finished, collect the dirty plates, do the cleaning etc. We were waiting so much time to have tomatoes for example because she was the only person who was taking care of everything. But she was super nice & friendly.

Perfectly situated right at the water with nice breakfast on the beach. Petra beach is reachable by foot but you can also rent beach beds at the neighbouring hotel. There is also a really nice taverna next door. Very clean rooms with daily cleaning service and new towels. Staff is super nice and we were able to use the gym, join yoga session and use showering facilities after check-out at the affiliated hotel next door. I recommend to get ocean view.

Rooms are a bit small but they have a good set up and are well equipped so it was not a concern.

Amazing location & wonderful staff! Special thanks to Alexandra for making sure everything was ready & continuously replenished for breakfast! Breakfast was her one-woman show for the entire property! Thanks to Panthelios duo on the beach, you always have a pleasant beach day whether you like the sun or the shade :) !

It is very bad that we couldnt use the aktis beach facilities last year we used it, you should put some sun beds in front of the silver beach otherwise we couldtn come again

Our location is extremely good. The hotel is very stylish and luxurious. Towels, sheets, everything was extremely clean. If I have to make a small criticism, the floor of the room, the terrace and the private pool and the room could have been cleaner. other than that everything is perfect

So disappointed that we were to be charged 50 Euro/day for 2 sun beds and umbrellas. That is such a lot of money and I would rather have it factored into the price of the room than be hit with that on arrival.

The hotel is in most beautiful place of Patmos ,has best sea view and good swimming and we thanks a lot of to Manolis,he made a room arrangement for us as we want, and upgraded,he is very helpfull person

Situation, room compact but stylish and well designed. Fabulous breakfast, location and helpful staff.

Bit confusing on arrival, thought we had booked a small family hotel and found we were in what had become an anex to larger hotel next door. No complaints but clearer explanation would have been helpful.

We always stay there but this year they changed the interior design and it became a modern looking hotel. And price is still reasonable. If they increase the price because of decoration/renovation, I could have complained but the price is ok so this is what we need. Thx.
