My wife and I have stayed in hotels across many different countries, and this place definitely ranks in our top 3. We had a wonderful and relaxing time in room 28. The room and bed were spacious, and the bathroom was even larger and more functional than I expected. The balcony is a bit small — but hey, keep in mind I’m a guy weighing over 100 kilos! As for the staff, all I can say is: absolutely amazing! Super friendly and always smiling — such warm-hearted people. The hotel is incredibly central, so there’s not much I need to say on that front. But what’s worth noting is that despite being in the heart of everything, it's on a very quiet and friendly street. I wholeheartedly recommend staying here!

Everything was perfect except that it was unbearably noisy when tenants were walking to their rooms and when doors were opened/ closed. I woke startled in the middle of the night at least 10 times in my 3-day stay there. Even during the day, the street traffic noise/ tenant noise was very bothering. At one point, I wanted to vacate the hotel but all others were fully booked. If the hotel can take care of the noise issue, they would be ratrd the best in the area. The staff and the owner/manager are very kind people. 5 stars for them.

Great location - couple of minutes walk from the port, restaurants, bars and a good supermarket - plus close to historical & religious sites sites. I hired an electric bike which was great. Room was a good size, clean, mini fridge, tv and all important air con. Nice balcony too with table, two chairs and a little drying rack. Breakfast buffet was great value with wide selection of food. The hosts were up at 2:30 am to let me in, and always very helpful and welcoming.

First of all Dinos was very helpfull from beginning to very end, thank you so much Dinos!! The place is very comfortable and clean. Very central, easy to reach ferries. As a mom and daughter we had an very late ferry to catch and just to inform you, we had an enjoyable and relax time while we were waiting. Also they are providing a nice breakfast(feta,kalamata,yogurt,honey, pastries and more...) just for five euro and you dont have to book; if you feel like it you can choose to have it. We were happy to stay here. :)

Well theres nothing to complain about... Just dont forget here is not a five stars hotel but you will feel cosy!

The hosts were very helpful and welcoming. The hotel is is a quiet location off the noisy main road in front of where the cruise ships dock. It well located near the main the shopping and restaurant areas. The large continental breakfast was a real bargain at just 5 euros! Though the Skala port area was busy and noisy, it was easy to take a bus to the many beautiful beach areas outside of the main town where there were lovely beaches, tavernas, and day beds and umbrellas to rent

The Skala port area is crowded and noisy- especially when cruise ships and island ferries arrive or depart.

It was so convenient to where we disembarked from the ferry. We are in our 70s and were concerned about getting our luggage to the hotel from the ferry. No probelm. It was only a five minute walk or less and the hotel host met us in the street as we arrive to show us to our room. He also made helpful suggestions to address our concerns about getting to the sites we wanted to visit. Thanks to him we visited the monastery and the cave of the apocolypse at a time when we almost had them all to ourselves and enjoyed the quiet unrushed experience. Our room was larger than most we had had during the previous 13 days in Greece. Bed was comfortable and there was plenty of room for our luggage. Airconditioner worked well and we enjoyed peace and quiet. Never heard any street noise or other hotel guests. Breakfast was quite ample and offered a variety of choices. The room was immaculate as was the bathroom.

We found the bathroom shower quite small. It wasn't a problem for either of us as we are on the small side but a larger person would have found it difficult to utilize it.

Room was very comfortable. Breakfast was continental style and "on the house" and consisted of Greek yogurt, coffee, juices, fruits, cold cuts, breads, fresh hard-boiled eggs, spinach and cheese pies. Location was incredible. The ferry terminal, taxi rank and bus terminal were only a100 meters walk from the hotel. Its location on a site street made it much quieter. Excellent restaurants and shopping just a short walk away.

We liked the room with attached balcony (table and two chairs) where we sat in the evening eating fruit, drinking tea and watching what was going on in the narrow lane below. The bathroom was fine, aircon worked well, there was a fridge - all new appliances. The breakfast was offered at the check-in at a rate of an additional Euro 5 per person per day - and it was more than worth it. Ms Galina took exceptional care of the breakfast room and the guests in such a calm and attentive manner. Thank you!

First and foremost: the mattresses. We had a twin-bed room. The mattresses were narrow - something we could have lived with. But they were also extremely soft which led to back pain and difficulties to sleep (and we two are of very different shape and weight). It surprised me as previous reviews had referred to beds that had been too hard - now the other extreme. The water kettle also did not work as the electrical plug did not fit into the socket (completely different shape/system). We used our own to make tea.

Beautiful hotel, spotless clean, in a perfect location, a short walk from the ferry port. The receptionist was very friendly, kind & helpful as was the lady who cleans the rooms. Lovely courtyard to sit out in also. The room was perfect, a comfy bed, a spotless bathroom & shower and there was a fridge & a safety box in the room.

The staff were helpful and very warm. The room was spacious and well equipped. We had a large balcony, lots of sun. It was positioned well - very close to Port and the town square. The kitchenette was so well equipped, we made our own coffee and tea, and were able to heat stuff up etc. so I can't comment on the breakfast.

Shower head could be mounted. Breakfast could have been included - first time that was an extra charge. Although, we still wouldn't have need it so.... Hard to think of anything else that could be better.
