Hotel Elena has a great location, only 3-4 minutes of walking to the beautiful beach of Alinda, around 200 meters. Alinda is very calm and peaceful if this is what you look for. Michael is the most hospitable host, we felt like at home, he was very helpful to give us lots of useful information about Leros island and places to see, where to eat, what to do. He is also a historian so knows a lot about the history of the island too. Thank you Michael for all your kindness and help. We would definitely stay at Hotel Elena again because we felt very welcome. Our room was spacious, had a balcony, all that we needed in the room was present. There was a kitchen with refrigerator, stove, utensils and an iron + hairdryer was also provided. Also, just 2-3 minutes away from the hotel, there is a super market where you can purchase all that you look for and right next door to that supermarket is the bus station to go around in Leros. We did not rent a car but went to Lakki by bus to visit the War Museum. Just know the buses do not operate on Sunday. Agia Marina, only 2 km away, can also be reached on foot in 25-30 minutes. Or 5 min. by taxi or bus. Taxi costs 15 Eur one way. Leros is a beautiful island and Alinda (at least for us) was the right place to stay on a mother and 10 year old son vacation because of being close to the beach frequented mostly by Greek families, not touristy at all, we had the chance to see local people in their local environment which we appreciated very much.

Little touches to the bathroom may be needed in the future but it was not bothering us.

Location is great, very close to a beautiful beach, nice local restaurants and supermarket. Quiet area, a nice garden to sit and relax, spacious room, good size kitchen with all the basics you need, big balcony with great view, bathroom with shower, tv and books available in the room. The owner is a very helpful gentleman, responds to requests quickly. I highly recommend this place.

Mihalis provided friendly and courteous hospitality. He promptly addressed any requests regarding room amenities, directions to the beach, touristic sites, calling taxis, etc. It is a clean and welcoming place to stay. The hotel is on a hill within walking distance of the beach and various bars, snack bars and tavernas and there is a mini-market nearby, just down the street. The town of Agia Marina is about 25-30 minute walk, or a short taxi ride. Mihalis will call a driver for you. A bonus is the spectacular view of the sunrise over the Aegean from the room!

Great apartments ran by a family. Michalis is really welcoming and so helpful, he is always there for anything you might need. Very clean, providing tables for the mosquitos, has all the amenities and you can be at Alinda beach in 5 min walk from the main road We were amazed that there was room service every single day

The only thing that might be annoying is that the hotel is in front of the main road and sometimes there are bikes, cars passing with a lot of noise. You definitely need to close the windows in order to sleep. Also, a thicker curtain to block the light will be really useful or just shutters

Elena Hotel made our stay in Leros truly unforgettable. The location is perfect—close to the beach and restaurants, yet peaceful and quiet. The rooms are spotlessly clean, comfortable, and spacious. What impressed us the most was the warm hospitality of the owner, Michael. He was always helpful, kind, and genuinely welcoming. We felt at home. If I return to Leros, Elena Hotel will be my first choice without hesitation. Highly recommended!

This hotel apartment was a wonderful surprise in the port of Alinda. Our host Michalis did everything to help us with providing info about the area and helping us rent a car. His information was invaluable and we tried a lot of his recommendations with great results! The room was nice with a fully equipped kitchen and great location - just steps away from the beach with many tavernas and a supermarket. It was up a small hill but nothing to cause any issues. It had everything we needed for our stay as well as a lovely balcony with a view of the bay from a distance. There was also a very convenient parking lot as part of the apartment.

Our stay was wonderful in general with a few things that could be imrpoved. Despite a nice and large bathroom, the shower was way too small and it wasn't comfortable with a shower curtain. It would have also been nice to have a small couch or lounge seater inside as the balcony was too sunny in the mornings. However despite these small inconveniences, we had all we needed.

We were greeted by Mr. Michalis, the hotel's manager. He was very pleasant, helpful and did everything in his capacity to make our trip enjoyable. He suggested places to visit, eat, swim - we took his advice and were very pleased. Our room was like a studio apartment; other than the bedroom, we had a very versatile kitchen and a bathroom/shower. Very sufficient. It had a balcony which had a sea view. We watched the sunrise every morning during our stay. Our apartment was cleaned meticulously every day. We were very comfortable and felt at home.

I cannot think of anything that should be improved.

The location was perfect, just a 2-minute walk to the beach. The room was comfortable, clean, and had a nice balcony. The hotel was conveniently close to shopping centers and beautiful beaches. Michael was incredibly nice and helpful; we appreciated his support, kindness, and assistance. Everything was perfect, and we loved our stay. I highly recommend this hotel!

Always love to come back to our second home in Leros 4th time the last years that we visit this beautiful island and our favorite Hotel Elena. We always enjoy the warm welcome of the owner and the hospitality there. Everyone in the family makes the best so we can have a relaxing and beautiful stay.
