Overall experience staying at Hotel Route tskuba was very good The room was very clean and mattress was extremely comfortable The breakfast was awesome everyday a different menu (l even had curry for breakfast once) All I would say is the location is the only detriment as it is a bit of a walk from tskuba centre and the nearest Convenience store is a good 10 min walk from the hotel But I shall reiterate overall a very good stay at this hotel

The hotel itself, I have no complaints. The rooms were clean, the staff courteous and helpful. The wifi was excellent, although it was a pain having to join different networks on each floor (i.e. Room on Floor 5, Breakfast on Floor 2 and the Reception on Floor 1).

The breakfast did not really cater for much more than the Japanese. Some cereal would have been nice knowing there was a large international conference in town. A wider selection of snack food in the vending machines would have been good, I ended up having to go to the 7-11 around the corner.

This hotel is lovely! I had a great time staying here. Room is very comfortable. Bed is very soft and the room smells so clean. The staff is very helpful and there is always someone available to help. Free coffee and ice candy 24 hours. Breakfast is super early but it is buffet style and very delicious. There are even free bike rentals included which I enjoyed using.

I have no complaints, I loved my stay all weekend long.

This is a fantastic hotel !!Looks a bit worn on the outside - but room and facilities were excellent!! Fabulous complementary indoor and outdoor hot bath with separate men / women’s time. They provide a good service for the price. The staff were pleasant, the rooms were perfectly adequate and the breakfast was tasty and plentiful. And there seemed to be ample parking, which is a bit rare for Japanese hotels.

The bed was a little too soft for my preference but I still slept well.

Staff was very nice and helpful. The rooms were small certainly but comfortable. Wash cloth (western style) for foreigners would be nice to have provided. The hotel provides a few bikes complimentary. That was great to have to move around as the hotel is 40' walk from the center or 25' from the conference center. Japanese breakfast, one has to adapt to it, but when accustomed - one can really enjoy it.

Large comfortable room The hotel is in very quiet surroundings and very clean. The public bath in the hotel looked almost brand new and spacious. Very helpful and friendly staff.

Limited parking spaces. The hotel gives a discount for parking but have to park opposite of the hotel.

Nice hotel but a little distance from the Station. The hotel has a really good breakfast.

N/A hotel was great. A few more power outlits would be great but other than that it was great.

It was a 20 minute walk from the station but for those who enjoy walking it shouldn't be an issue.
