The service was so friendly and efficient, the location is unparalleled and e had a very happy stay. We also loved the bowling alley, and the ping pong table and the pool was enormous although the water could have been a little warmer and I wish the sauna was closer to the pool (it’s on a floor below)…

There was a constant smell in the kid’s bathroom (we took connecting rooms). The arcade had only two video games that were working, so a new investment in up-to-date arcade games would not got amiss, and the cinema even though it was in good nick was not open at all. Apparently it hasn’t been open since Covid!

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a very positive experience. The hotel was impeccably clean and well-maintained, with a neat and stylish environment that added to the overall comfort of my stay. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless. The staff were friendly and attentive, contributing significantly to a pleasant stay. The hotel is situated in a great location with amazing views during the snow season. Amenities are excellent to international standards. Breakfast was super good and the indoor pool is a treat with snow views from inside the indoor pool!

It is hard to find anything to negatively comment on, everything is magical. Maybe one thing that could be looked at is the pricing of the food in the dinner restaurant, it is a bit overpriced even when considering it is a top tourist location.

Brilliant facilities, amazing hospitality, great ambience. It will be my destination for a break from the heat of the summer from now on. My daughter needed to have a session online. We needed to print some papers and a quiet space. The staff went out of their way to make her feel comfortable. Provided a quiet corner. Cerine at the reception was simply lovely! Thanking everyone for a great stay.

In need of more options for people with food restrictions (like gluten free, vegan, dairy free, egg free options or versions of what is already served), especially offering a bigger variety of gluten free breads and meals. Better showers in the bathroom as ours leaked water and wet the whole bathroom every time we showered.

The hotel is strategically located - very close to the ski slopes. The hotel has everything you would want or need (from hygiene products, ski equipment, entertainment, etc). The food was great, a lot of options to pick with a very friendly staff.

One thing that can improve is the bowling, pool, and ping pong area. Considering the scale and level of the hotel, you do expect a better quality or better maintenance when it comes to these activities.

The staff was extremely helpful, professional and kind. Everything was clean and tidy. Very comfortable and enjoyable stay overall.

Rooms could be slightly more renovated like AC units and some furniture. Glass facade doors to balconies got stuck closed at times so could be better maintained.

Smoking in the lobby and the smell which reaches the rooms. Smoking should only permitted in a closed room for smokers (example: le grand chalet in Gstaad has a glass smoking room)
