This was a very affordable, modern, small studio apartment that we stayed in. The location was great for us, a quick walk to the mall/shops and 15 minutes into the town. There were restaurants and cafes very close. We liked it so much we extended it. We really liked the responsiveness of the staff and the setup on WhatsApp, it was very easy to coordinate (perhaps more difficult if no internet). Also very handy they have an office close by as well had to make a payment in person. Bathroom was great.

The only bad thing was that we could hear the lift beeping every time it went to a new floor, which happened all the time. We had ear plugs so it was manageable but it was really frustrating.

The communication for check in and receiving the codes was excellent. Easy to set up and drop off payment all without seeing a single person. Rooms were very clean with comfy bed and pillows. Kitchen was pretty well equipped. Great location with Western Union and mall with supermarket very close by.

Bathroom and shower soap were empty. No corkscrew in kitchen but not end of the world. Could have more hooks/storage in the bathroom :)

Great apartment that absolutely exceeded expectations! Very clean and spacious, Great view plus a balcony. Great AC and a small kitchen. Access to a gym and hot tub as well as parking for a car. Helpful staff. Good location, lot of great restaurants nearby.

Loved the place but a few things could be fixed. Only one of the elevators in the building ( 8 stories high) making for a bit longer wait every time going up/down. 1 of 3 gym machines didn't work, some of the weights were leaking sand. Showerwall in our room didn't quite keep up with the water so when showerng water was all over the bahroom floor.

I like the apartment is comfortable, modern and especially with city view and Mountain View.

Some stuffs are missing like tissue paper, but after giving feedback, they do try to solve it soon. But the day after, some stuffs are disorder and tell me will replace, even the microwave doesn’t work suddenly. However, before my leaving, it’s not fixed yet and the reason was I was not in the apartment. I was here for leisure not waiting for you to fix the issues. You can clean the house why can’t fix other issues without me.

We stayed twice in different rooms and for sure the location is perfect and the property is very new and clean. The breakfast is simple but really tasty.

The showers are wrongly constructed which makes all the water to leak outside!!! They should really change that. The second time we stayed in there was a construction site right next to the building. We woke up at 7am with a super loud drilling on the walls. Luckily we were just staying one night. But we were not informed by the property head, they could have assigned a different floor or even give a discount at the end. But none of that happened when we mentioned it.

Clean, nicely decorated, excellent WiFi, great location, good breakfast included. Very happy, great value!

I don’t speak Spanish, couldn’t read the emails I received. Sat outside the building, locked out, at 21:00, no one answers the phone. The only way I got in to the room was with the help of a young man working at the ice cream shop next door. If you receive an email from them, fill it out and make sure your phone has a translator.

Modern, clean, well appointed room. Public spaces, lifts, reception, spotless. All operated remotely - which can be challenging.

Access is through WhatsApp messages in Spanish. I speak good, basic Spanish but this was confusing and frankly, frustrating. WhatsApp messages contain Access key pad codes for entry to foyer and then, the room. Maybe I’m old-fashioned but I do like to see and speak to a human being.

Check-in was easy and although the staff was remote, they were helpfull. Rooms/appartments were clean and well stocked. Downtown Salta was only a 20 minute walk away, the immidiate area around the building felt safe. Would stay here again.

The rooms/appartments were nice, but a little noisy. In the middle of the night an (going on the language) Asian man spent the better part of an hour screaming at the door of one of the other appartments.

The appartment itself is very nice and worth the money for sure. Nice and comfortable bed, good kitchen equipment. It’s close to the mall with a big supermarket , shops and some restaurants.

The whole bathroom gets wet when you shower. I also do not understand why they’re so prude with the toilet paper… I got one roll for every three nights. It’s a bit of a walk to the city center (20 min).

Fast wifi, clean modern room, gym, and attached coffee shop downstairs. Exceeded my expectations.

The whole checking in and doing everything through Whatsapp, and then getting passwords was for me, awfully complicated. Minor: one of two elevators was down so at peak timed it forever to get off your floor. These were ultimately were minor things.
