Free use of swimming pool and free parking for the guests.The location is near the main road 5 mins walk I guessed and nearby stores. This is much more of a resort hotel type.

the hot water in the shower is not working so we had no choice but to take a bath with cold water and the wifi you can connect to their given password but no internet so useless

Location, cheap price, spacious room, pool, private bathroom.

The noise from the partying guests at the shared kitchen/dining area. They were drinking and singing up until past midnight. The stay was perfect but almost ruined by them. The property should impose strict implementation of partying curfew for other guests' welfare or maybe these people should have rented the whole area or the property management should allocate an area that a group could use for nonstop partying.

I liked how each room was built. Each room had an individual parking garage in the ground floor which led to the actual room on the second floor. There is a greater feeling of privacy. I also liked the fact that there is a swimming pool and a sports bar nearby.

I didn't like the tv cable. Also, the garage gates do not have locks. The room doors do not have double locks. Wifi was somehow slow.

Close proximity to supermarkets in case you forgot some essentials. Barbeque area is available for free. Billiard table is available at a minimal cost. Pool is clean with sunbeds and it wasn't crowded. They have tables and chairs near the pool area where we dined together. Staffs are helpful and accommodating. Room is spacious and surprisingly their restrooms have bidet! And the place is worth the price even if it's a last minute booking.

The internet connection is not too strong for us to work remotely.

Staff are courteous. They have rooms for senior citizen and people with disability in the ground floor (family room, do not book for villa --no elevator). The rooms are clean, and the smell is good. Food in the restaurant is good, esp the steak.

The pool's too cold for kids and needs little cleaning (ung mga malilit na insect and leaves na nahulog sa pool, kami pa ang nagtanggal hahahaha). The shower head in the room needs adjustment of the water pressure. When the heater was used, the lights blinked.

Locatio. Was good. We did order breakfast on the property.

The blanket should come with the room and not to be rented it out..staff did not clean the room ask we stayed there. a few days and clean our trash.

Clean, simple, and presentable. Staff are also nice and hospitable. The villa has a view of the swimming pool. The superior room has limited space. Good enough for sleeping overnight. Surprisingly, it has its own parking space on the ground floor, just below the room.

Because it is Tagaytay, the weather is cold. Hence, the water in the swimming pool is freezing cold. We were not able to enjoy the swimming because of the cold temperature.

The place is accessible to any place going to Tagaytay or Silang. The staff are friendly and accommodating.

The blanket is too thin, and the WIFI is weak. There are too many stray dogs and poops along the road.

The place is simple and cozy. The room is comfortable, and the staff is nice. We checked in late, and the owner was very considerate enough to adjust our check-out so we could enjoy our quick staycation. The best part is that they are pet-friendly.

We lowered our expectations, but rooms exceeded our expectations. Rooms are spacious in building 2. It has swimming, but we were not able to swim due to the cold weather.

Water pressure was not enough to use the shower in building 2. We advised the front desk, but still the same. Bidet was not cleaned.
