Tried to call them several times before the visit to discuss the option to change something about the booking, but did never got through, not even through international hotline that were able to reach them.

Hospitality, warmth of staff behaviour , ever helping attitude at reception and restaurants to cater customise- tailor made individual needs made this center better than many other Taj where I stayed during last few years …

Staffs need to sensitise about Rules and regulations very clearly and in no uncertain terms.

There is no one like Taj. The service it provided was top notch.The accommodation there, the behaviour towards the customers, everything was superior class behaviour.There was a complete money worksheet. The cleaning charges there, the way their staff talked, it was top notch.

Well appointed and maintained rooms. New property so facilities are all well and working. Staff has warm attitude and always eager to help out. Overall a great stay.

This place in patna is like heaven on earth.... New property....very clean.... Staffs are so humble and waiting to serve you with all the love... I promise all out there... This hotel is worth and awesome to stay

Very clean and modern

Great professional staff. ready to accommodate requests. House of Ming restaurant was good. Food was awesome and the morning breakfast was great.

Breakfast was excellent. Staff friendly and helpful. Room was large, bathroom also. Pool on the roof a delight.
