Breakfast was great- well stocked and delicious and plenty of choices. The location was right off the main road, easy access, but very quiet. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. Got a great rate online, so very affordable as well.

We needed a late checkout bc we were in town for a tournament and my son would need to shower after his 8am match, but the morning staff said we could only have the room until 11:30. The hotel was practically empty. We have never had an issue at any other hotel with being able to do a late checkout at 12, and those hotels were usually almost full.

Our room and the facility was clean. Staff was friendly.

The hotel did not honor the price quoted on the booking.com app. The check-in person was dishonest about how the payment was handled. They offered a good breakfast, but put out only a limited quantity and didn't replenish once it was gone. Get to breakfast early! The TV in our room did not work; the front desk person came into our room around 10 at night to check on the problem, didn't know what to do, and then left without a word about it. The morning person resolved the TV issue, but by then it was check-out time.

The deodorizer smell in the common areas (entry and hallways) was extremely strong. I appreciate that the hotel wanted to make things smell fresh but the artificial smell was overwhelming. Better to just keep facility clean and not use such strong deodorizer. Also, breakfast ending at 9am especially weekends seems too early. Most hotels serve breakfast until 10am particularly on Saturday and Sunday.

Staff was very friendly and got us checked in and out quickly. We would definitely stay here again. Room was very clean, bed was very comfortable. Had a coffee maker, microwave, and refrigerator. Parking was good and well lit.

Breakfast needed the most improvement - could use more selections and better quality as far as the hot foods. However, there is a Waffle House that sits right in front of the property if you really need better choices.

Breakfast was adequate--not great, but adequate. The room was large, very clean and quiet.

1. Very difficult to check in. I had a great deal of trouble understanding the young lady at the desk. 2. The stingey little coffee bag was awful. The coffee at breakfast in the tiny cups was not much better.

The location and cleanliness.

When we entered our room, air was not on. Way too hot to stay while it cooled down. So we had to leave and go out, instead of staying and having relaxing time and enjoy after traveling. Also the water pressure for shower was very low.

I felt like I was in a 5 star hotel. Friendly..very accommodating….great breakfast…local restaurants were so delicious.

There is nothing not to like about this location…I was in paradise .

The lobby was nice but but the room smelled stale and a little gross.When I attempted to open the window for fresh air it fell out and hit me in the head.

Solid breakfast, might try changing it up every few days, but overall it was good. Room was very clean, beds was super comfortable, great selection on channels.

Not much I can say here. Great people, great stay.

This is my 3rd time at this location, and each time was great! When in Rome Georgia, I will stay at the Quality Inn.

I didn't like the fact that I did not stay longer.
