— We came 1.5h early and were allowed to check in earlier than the usual check-in time as we had a long drive from GenSan early in the morning. Staff Rhenzy was very kind, understanding, and accommodating. — Very close to food places (just don’t choose Chowking as they ran out of many dishes by 2-3pm and you’d be very disappointed). — Once you enter your room, you can “smell” the freshness and “see” how clean every nook and cranny of the room. — It is only a 4-minute walk to a laundry shop, convenience and drug stores, and eateries (McDonald’s right across from the main entrance), Jollibee, and street foods)

— It is small so if you have three luggages and one of them happens to be a 28” luggage, you have to be creative to open your luggages.

This is the first booking for my friends over the weekend. The hotel was very kind to put the room beside my existing booking. I wanted my friends to enjoy the newly opened hotel which has brand new facilities. Accessibility and proximity to other establishments is.one highlight.

Just the noise from the hallway which is very audible and the smell of concrete in the room. There is no great view from the window, so just for natural lighting.

The place is newly opened and the facilities are quite new. The location is also a factor since it is conveniently located near to shops, hospital, restaurants and many more.

The smell of a newly constructed building, there is a need to deodorize the room. You can hear voices in the hallway which can be sometimes disturbing.

We really enjoyed our stay. Very clean and the facilities are new. With free mineral water dispenser available in the corridor. The place is near restaurants and malls. Staff were courteus.

Some clients are noisy in the corridor. In the wee hours of early morning. “ pls oberve silence” or similar notices should be posted in the elevator or lobby.

The staff were friendly and attentive; went above and beyond for our comfortable stay. I also like that there's a water dispenser near our room. The hotel is accessible and is near to mall, supermarkets, convenient stores and some restaurants

Overall i like the hotel because it is new. No problem with the fastfood. Both Mcdonald (infront) and jollibee (across the street) are 24 hrs. . Very near to SM Mall Lanang. (5 mins by car)..

Need more staff to accommodate guests.

very clean rooms and bathroom, staff are accomodating and attends to requests thru viber right away. bright, well-lit rooms.

our room was a bit far from the elevator so we had to take a long walk in the hallway before reaching our room. also, the family rooms are limited and was unavailable so i had no choice but to book the regular room.

This is my third booking for this place and second booking for my friends to spend the weekend. The place had just opened and the facilities are new. Accessibility and proximity to other establishments is also a key factor.

Nothing much, just the sounds from the hallway which can be sometimes annoying when sleeping.

The vicinity to many shops and transpo options. Staff, from the security guards to front desk staff to the housekeeping were proactive and welcoming. Clean and straight to the point rooms.

Not so sound proof. I can hear people passing through the hallway.
