We stayed here for 2 nights. We would like to give them 100/10. All staff were super helpful and attentive. They were so friendly, from the front desk to the restaurant. The service with smiling is the thing that all customers look for. Qyn and Karol were very attentive and helpful. The hotel is quite new, about one and a half years. It is located in a very good corner , central to all activities. The decoration is lovely and beautiful. The view from the room overlooks the busy pier. Breakfast was simple and easy. Either you choose Western style or Vietnamese style Breakfast. Recommend this hotel if you are looking for a very hotel in Sunset Town.

Shower room , it needs floor separation for shower room and the toilet. Because when we had a shower, the water splashed out. Then the rest was fine with us.

The design, the people. The hotel is quite new and they offered free cable cars, that’s why I canceled other hotel and booked this one. The host was super nice, he even suggested few places in sunset town area. You can also see fireworks every night from your own balcony. Definitely will be back!

All the staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was great, room was clean and new. Would be perfect if there was a ventilation in the toilet. The view was exceptional. The sunset town is not too big so everywhere is reachable by foot

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the CASEPIA Hotel in Phu Quoc, Vietnam, and I can't say enough about the incredible experience I had there. From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the breathtaking views that this hotel offers. The stunning panoramic vistas of the azure waters of the ocean, the nightly firework right from our window and the lush, tropical landscape of Phu Quoc Island took my breath away. What truly sets CASEPIA Hotel apart is the exceptional service provided by the dedicated staff. The moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted with warm smiles and a genuine desire to make my stay unforgettable. The level of hospitality and attentiveness was beyond my expectations, making me feel truly valued as a guest. One standout feature of CASEPIA Hotel is that the managers themselves reside on the premises. This personal touch adds a unique dimension to the overall guest experience. The managers were not only readily available to address any concerns but also took the time to engage with guests and share their local insights, enhancing our understanding of the culture and attractions of Phu Quoc. During my stay, I had the pleasure of dining at the hotel's sister restaurant, located few minutes away, where the culinary delights were a true feast for the senses. From delectable local dishes to amazing fresh seafood, every meal was exceptional.

Not that many tourists were there when we visited. Which might be a minus for someone who is looking for rowdy big parties. But perfect for someone who wants a relaxing getaway.

Great value for money, we had a discount offer with a la carte breakfast included. Very comfortable soft bed and large pillows, we were well rested in the morning. Neighbors were quiet, didn’t hear any noise even on the 2nd floor. Standard toiletries and even a robe was provided. Cable car and restaurants in walking distance. Quiet street.

The standard room wasn’t quite like the more expensive rooms we have stayed at previously, for example the bathroom only has a glass wall/door and after showering the floor will be quite wet. It will be worth it to choose a slightly more expensive room.

The location is very nice. It is a good location for Muslim people as the Sarah Halal Restaurant is just behind the hotel (can walk). It is also very near to the cable car, Kiss of the Sea (can walk). Only quite far to the night market. But it’s okay, you can take buggy for 30,000VND only. The view of the ocean from the hotel is very nice! You can watch the fireworks from the room as well. The room is very clean and smells nice too! The staffs here are very friendly. Love to be here! Definitely recommended to stay here at Sunset Town! I would like to suggest for the hotel to collaborate with halal restaurant for Muslim to eat/have breakfast here ❤️🥰

Very clean, modern hotel with comfortable beds. If you get a room at the front of the property you can watch the fireworks every night at 9.30pm from your window. Friendly staff, several of them speak very good English.

It’s a boutique hotel with very nice stuff. Very attentive and friendly. Very clean and cozy, and you feel like home. The restaurant has a big choice of food and is very tasty. There are also good Japanese restaurants right next to the hotel. The location is convenient, a bit away from the noise of evening events, but 5 min walking distance till cable car and 10 min till the center. They also give free entrance to cable cars including the water park entree and a free visit to Kiss Bridge, where you can see the flying board show. They do it 2 times a day: before the sunset - beautiful to watch as the whole city in the background and after sunset with neon costumes and fireworks - looks fantastic. Despite that city looks like South of Italy, it’s hard to find wine 😂 Many seafood restaurants, but they all serve beer. So there are only a few places where they do. In Casepia hotel they do have wine 😄

Our hotel room is facing the sea with a magnificent view. We could watch the sunset and the fireworks everyday from our room balcony. It’s very clean n spacious. Quyen is excellent, she can speak English pretty well, we liaise with her for all our needs and enquiry and she never fail to impress us with her broad smile, good attitude and her knowledge on the information of the island (we rented a car and she advice us on the place to go, the bad road to avoid etc) Thanks Quyen.
