Please add halal menu section for breakfast. I cant eat anything only bread because all meat mix with pork or another non halal food

Beautiful sunset + fireworks everyday. Friendly staff + good location. There is also a shuttle to take us to Khem Beach every hour which was very convenient!

There is not much in the breakfast buffet. The check-in was quite slow - took us about 40min to be checked in (this is from after the reception got all our info and told us to wait to be called). To get to the hotel/restaurant/gym - it’s quite a walk from the hotel room. There’s a connection bridge, but for some reason, it’s only accessible via bridge although there are gates. A bit confusing for some guests.

Location was great Pool was great Service - terrible had to repeated go inside to get drinks for the pool - staff just hanging about. It was very clear that the staff were trained to focus 100% on collecting money and not providing service.

I arrived 2 day after my wife. At the desk I asked them to call the room so my wife could come and get me. I final just stopped talking to them and went a sat in the foyer demanding they call my wife!!\ They wanted booking numbers and were so very concerned and were so concerned because the room was booked for one breakfast and not 2 breakfasts. I was very frustrating

Very new, beautiful hotel with a huge and beautiful pool. The beach area looks nice with many palm trees. Rooms are clean and have a pretty design. The breakfast was amazing, they have all different kinds of cuisines and everything is very fresh. Gym is well equipped and brand-new.

We booked the king bed & balcony room and the balcony was quite small, had no chairs on it. It seems that the area is quite new (looks like Italy with Colosseum, fountains etc) and everything was super quite and rather empty. The smoke detectors needed to be installed still, because it was strictly forbidden for us to smoke (even vape) anywhere on the hotel premises.

Welcoming drink was superb. Staff were fluent in English. Managed to watch the Symphony of the Sea from our room balcony for 3 nights in a row. Kids playroom is very nice and truely kids friendly. Pool was big too.

Not so many choices of HALAL FOOD.

Excellent staff, they were very helpful during our stay. The hotel and room interior was excellent and facilities were great. View from our room was superb for the fireworks, we had a front row seat to them. Location of the hotel was central in Sunset Town as well.

The fanciest 5 star room we've stayed in amongst our HK and North to South Vietnam trip. Came with 1 free access to the kiss bridge of our own choosing. Could see the fireworks and kiss bridge shows from the hotel.

Location is quite far south, which means doing anything north of Phu Quoc would be harder and we gave up on it altogether.

The location of hotel is very convenient for staying in the middle of sunset town. Spectacular view of seaside room is amazing and enjoy the fireworks while in the balcony. Delicious breakfast buffet, exceptionally good for the desert!

Consider to provide shuttle bus to and from the airport.

Excellent location which is located at the very center of Sunset Town, friendly and helpful staffs, great food, love the design of the hotel, excellent view from our room (we got to see the fireworks for free every night!). Loved everything

Excellent location and an excellent buffet breakfast choices . Could do with additional coffee machines as there tended to be long queues.none that we could think off
