The hotel was spotlessly clean. The room was a corner, with great views all around. Really comfy bed, good strong and hot shower. Restaurant bbq is fantastic, more than we could finish! The coffee drinks they get from a nearby place are delicious, and the breakfast was quite good as well. The staff members at the hotel were very polite and helpful. We rented the golf cart car to drive around the area, and used their motor scooter to go out and find an ATM. An extra special “THANK YOU” goes to Linh, she basically runs the hotel with her husband. Linh went above and beyond my expectations in providing excellent service for us. She is very knowledgeable about the area and is always willing to help, with a warm smile. Her command of English is perfect. Such a sweet lady, thanks for everything, Linh!

The blanket for the bed wasn’t arranged. Not a big deal. Also, there were other guests who arrived and sang karaoke until 11 pm. I had to ask them to please stop, as it was late. To their credit, they immediately shut everything down.

First of all, I want to highlight the receptionist, Hue. You could stay at this hotel just for the amazing service he provides. He is truly a jack-of-all-trades and pays attention to every little detail. This is an excellent example of outstanding hospitality.

The room was very nice. We took the sea view room with balcony. We were able to watch the night fireworks and fountain dances from our balcony, and had a great view of the sea.The staffs are superb, they have very good behaviour, they were very much helpful indeed. We had kitchen in our room. Every facility was excellent. Everything was so much clean and fresh. Really enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

Only one thing to mention, the bathroom was very small. Otherwise everything was fine.

Location is good,near the cable cars. Station,can watch fireworks every night from the roof top. The host is very nice and friendly

excellent hotel, not noisy, clean, friendly staff, helped in all matters (Hi Victor!😁). The family room has a stove and utensils so you can cook. 21.30 p.m. you can watch fireworks on the roof. Nearby there is a cable car, a pier, an evening show, various cafes and restaurants.

The staff, how clean it was. The helpful owner, the Christmas dinner they organized for us. The owner even took me to the market and ordered me food every time the Grab App didn't send drivers. I can only recommend. One of the best stays I had in Vietnam in regards to quality.

This part of Phu Quoc is very new, which means it is a ghost town at the moment. It is impossible to get around without transportation, so make sure you drive a motorbike or car before coming here.

The location of the property is excellent. It is very near the harbour and khem beach. The whole sunset town was extraordinary, it felt just like a fairytale. The staff was wonderful, the owner of the hotel was really sweet, helped us in every way possible. She was so friendly and her husband was also the owner was extremely helpful. The room had a beautiful view, the bed sheets were clean and the towels smelled so good. Trust me when I say this, some of the five star hotels dont have this kinda sweet smelling towels. Our stay had breakfast, their cooking was really good. We stayed for 4 nights, each day the breakfast meal was different and tasty. Will recommend this place for any individual or couple who want to have a comfortable holiday in phu quoc.

We had a wonderful stay at Labe, the family run hotel is conveniently located near the cable cars. The staff were very friendly and welcome us. They offered us a free tour on their tuk tuk, and scooter rides to get medical help. Thank you Linh, husband and mother for the pleasant experience. Rooms were modern and comfortable.

One of the room's sinks was blocked but the staff managed to fix it after we raised the problem. Breakfast was packet instant pho.

Excellent service from the hotel - very friendly, helpful and kind staff. Big thanks to Huy who helped us with the Tuktuk and luggage we forgot. Location is also perfect! We really enjoyed the sunset view and firework from the rooftop! Walking distance to the night market and attractions. Overall, everything deserves 11 out of 10! We would love to stay here again in our next visit to Phu Quoc!
