The staff were friendly. I have to waiting for check in at 15.00 hrs. but they offered help and booked a ticket for cabin car. View from room was beautiful but not worth money.

I came from sightseeing outside and back to hotel for breakfast but they took me to another building and I can choose only 1 dish for my breakfast. But the big deal was no drink and I have to buy one but it was worst because I didn’t bring any money. I spent a lot of time to negotiate for 1 drink and sign to the room to pay later. However when I got back to the hotel, they blocked me and said I did not pay the room yet . When I booked with Booking.com application and the condition was “pay in advance - non refundable”. They must contact booking.com to solve this problem then blocking the customer.

The staffs, especially June, were incredibly helpful and friendly, making our stay a fantastic experience. They recommended excellent activities to enjoy in Sunset Town and the surrounding areas. Although we encountered a minor issue with the room due to heavy rain causing a leak, the staff promptly resolved it and even offered complimentary drinks as compensation. The free ticket includes the cable car ride, entry to the theme park, and access to the Kiss Bridge. The café serves delicious coffee, and I'll definitely miss their Salt Coffee. Their egg coffee is a must-try too. All in all we had a wonderful experience at Lotus Home Cafe 🤗

Really lovely place! Everything felt fresh and new, the bed was super comfy, and the staff were all so sweet and welcoming. We had a nice view from our balcony, and the street outside was quiet and peaceful – great for winding down. Location-wise, it’s in a chill area just a short walk from the night street food market, and it’s close to the southern harbor too if you're planning snorkeling trips (highly recommend going with OnBird – they were great!). Khem Beach is just a quick Grab ride away, and getting a Grab in general was super easy. I loved everything I tried in the downstairs cafe - especially their coconut iced coffee – the best I’ve ever had! Breakfast was also really good every morning; lots of options to choose from and they make it fresh for you. Just a heads-up: Sunset Town is kind of an odd area – lots of empty buildings, so it feels a bit like a theme park / movie set. But it’s totally safe, quiet, and peaceful. Might actually be perfect for families, since there's no traffic and it's super calm compared to the usual hustle in Vietnam.

I love the staff of this hotel, especially Viet who helped us make all the arrangments on this trip. His english is minimal but he tried his very best to communicate with us. He is very patient, friendly and helpful. He even follow up with us everyday about our activities to make sure we had a great time here. The island itself is still under developed and its highly understaffed to service the tourists but Viet did his very best to ensure us an amazing stay. Really appreciate him and his staffs for the hospitality. The rooms are very spacious and if you booked the sea view room, you can see part of the kiss bridge show from the room. They did a great job to keep the room clean and tidy. The pillows are a bit low but you can ask for extra which are better quality, As for the attractions, Viet helps us to buy the tickets with discount. For transportation, we asked for an airport pick up from the hotel. They arranged a taxi but we are not very happy with the way he drives (always in the middle of two lanes) so we ask Viet to arrange a bigger car with better driver for us. And Viet exceeded our expectations and we got a brand new RED KIA 7-seater with a great driver which we used him through out our stay.

The shower drain is a bit slow but otherwise very good.

The place is cute and nice. The staff are nice. The rooms were a good size. The location is perfect.

The included breakfast is a joke...they make you choose one item then you have to buy the rest including tea or coffee. The room was clean but the bath tub was not clean. The staff could barely understand English so wrong orders . The ticket offer has to be redeemed one day after checking in forcing you to stay 2 nights and also you have to book 2 nights if travelling 2 or else you buy another ticket.

You can see fireworks from the room!!!! I love everything from Lotus Home Cafe. Fantastic long room, there are 2 windows in the room, one is for the ocean and bridge view, another is the European street view. Great location close to cable car, night market, and Kiss Bridge. The lobby has a homely and fashionable style I really like it and their breakfast is outstanding!!! I will definitely come back to this high-value stay.

The bed makes noise with any movement. The pipe in the bathroom has a funny smell sometimes.

Jerry, the person in charge was so helpful! He went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable throughout our stay. The location was perfect. Near the Sunset Town Night Market. Coffee was good! Must try the coconut latte. I also love how esthetic the room is, also with bathtub. The room was also big!

The fridge was not cold 😫 You cannot see the seaview from my room.

Although the room was small, it was very comfortable and exceptionally clean. I had a pleasant stay and would definitely consider coming back. Great value and well maintained!

If I had to mention something, there wasn’t much of a view from the hotel. However, the area is walkable, so it’s easy to get out and enjoy the surroundings.

Love how closed it was to all the famous place to take pics and to the beach. Room was very aesthetically pleasing

You need to put up the cleaning sign or else they wont clean ur room. Even so you did, they only sweep the floor and make up ur bed..didnt change the towel etc
