The hotel is near the Kissing Bridge, and you can watch fireworks from your room. There's also a fan in each room in case the air conditioning breaks. The staff and the owner are really helpful and friendly.

The room lacks essential amenities such as an iron and basic cooking utensils like pots, bowls, and cutlery, despite having a stove. The inclusion of a microwave in the room would be advantageous. While the water pressure is inadequate, it is still within manageable levels.

We had a delightful 2 night stay at Rova Hotel Phu Quoc, we were given an upgrade on arrival to a sea view room which was brilliant. Our room was very clean, modern and had all the amenities one would need for a memorable vacation in Sunset town. Restaurant also catered to vegetarians which was much appreciated.

We were awoken by very loud drilling and construction work occurring at 7am during our first morning which we were not made aware of. Luckily we were up early anyway that day so I did not raise it with the hotel.

Comfiest bed I'd had in a while after backpacking hostels. Room was lovely and bright. I was luckily upgraded so the view was amazing and the light coming through was lovely. I would recommend booking the ocean view room.

A little noisy between the walls - they seem to be interconnecting rooms or can be sold as that so the noise seeps through the door. I could hear my neighbours TV but no doubt they could hear mine too. Didn't matter as I was out for most of the day / evening but if super noise sensitive - something to be aware of.

Had a trip with group of friends and we had a fantastic stay at Rova Hotel. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, the rooms were spotless and well-appointed, and the amenities were top-notch. The location was perfect for exploring the area, and the overall atmosphere made it feel like a true getaway. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort and excellent service. I can’t wait to come back!

The breakfast is awesome & serve at the room. Have Vegeterian Breakfast too as in I am a muslim so cannot eat many of the food here. Room is also big & super comfy & get the beach view too. The receiptionist explained really well about the place too

Many mosquitoes & during night time there is a scary sound that pass by our room. Maybe dog or pig?

The room is clean and bright has window and spacious. I end up extending my stay since i love the room so much. They clean it everyday the owner so nice the staff also just need to improve the english bit more. But so far all good . The property has elevator, amazing view.the location is near cable car , ring bridge and beach. Not far from the most beautiful and clean beach in phu quoc khem beach. Try istanbul beach club if you miss western food. Wifi is stabil and fast

Please note that this town has no atm so you need to carry cash. But the hotel accept card . But most of restaurants here didn’t accept card. You need to rent motorbike to go around

I was on level 3 and had a view of the sea. The mattress and sheets were lovely and soft. The room is cosy with beachy decor, rattan bed and concrete look walls. The clear shower screen was cool and opened up the room. The basin is really nice and I loved the look of the vintage gold shower head. Towels were changed daily and rooms made up. Great location for exploring this European inspired development.

You are in a newly developed area with very limited food options. It would've been more convenient if the hotel offered breakfast. You can however discuss with the hotel a day in advance and they will assist with getting meals for you. The room has a humid feel even with air-conditioning. I'm not sure if that's because the air-conditioner dry option isn't really effective but that's just a minor issue.

we stay 4 nights in this hotel and i would say that it was a great choice. hotel located in the middle of the town with walking distance to every destination. clean and comfortable room. A/C was located just right and was easy to adjust. Good breakfast.

Everything is perfect. Located in the south of the island. There are very few people here and it was beautiful. Very comfortable beds. Friendly staff.

Very old motorcycles for rent with mileage over 40000km. Lack of food in the hotel restaurant, only coffee. Only one overpriced store in walking distance. Paid beds on the beach as well as toilets with showers.
