Fantastic location, all sightseeing points are within 15 minutes walking distance from hotel. Po-i-Kalyan is 2 minutes away. Room is compact but well designed so feels spacious enough. Hotel staff is very helpful. Breakfast spread was decent. Overall great value for money. 10/10 would recommend.

Bathroom had a sewage smell which wouldn't go away even after running exhaust fan for a few minutes. Hotel should keep room fresheners in bathroom to help clear up that smell.

The view from the terrace is beautiful. The staff is very kind and helpful. It's a very cozy small hotel. Location couldn't be better. It's in the middle of the old town, 2 minutes walk from everything.

The hotel staff was exceptionally friendly, and the cozy rooms, complete with a small bathtub, added to the comfort. This family-run hotel stands out, with the owner speaking English well and provided a printed guide to explore local attractions with detailed historical insights. The location is also excellent for visiting all the historical landmarks in the Old City of Bukhara. The owner's kindness was remarkable—he stayed up late in -2°C to prepare a lunchbox for our 3 AM train. A highly recommended stay in Bukhara, offering excellent value for money.

Everything was excellent.

This is a very cozy family run guesthouse/hotel, and a relatively new property. Naseeba and her parents were very helpful during our stay, suggesting us really good restaurants for dinner. Home made breakfast was sumptuous and tasty, always on time. Room was very spacious, clean, well maintained, warm (was snowing outside). Cherry on top is the location which is right next to the trading domes, and literally 5 mins walk from all major attractions in Bukhara. Definitely recommend this for a couple! P.S. - The pics don't do enough justice to how good this property actually is :)

For one morning, we didn't have hot water in the bathroom, but Naseeba was kind enough to suggest me to take a shower in another empty room, so it didn't matter much, but that was the only thing that stood between a perfect 10 score :)

If you’re lucky enough to find availability, book this place!! - clean - friendly staff - 1 guy has some English and is very welcoming. The others are friendly - use Google translate with them - rooms are modern and quiet - terrace has a sensational view. Could also buy cold beer at the hotel to drink on the roof - they even have a cute guide book theyve printed with heaps of local info if you come unprepared

Breakfast is fine, but all laid out ready vs someone cooking you fresh eggs etc which we’ve had a few places. Still book here 100% - but just not for the breakfast! Taxis struggle to get right outside - expect a 2-3 minute walk, (which is nothing!)

I have very strong and awesome memory here. My trip is short and sweet but the host will go every way to help me. I requested to borrow a laptop due to my phone have issues submitting a visa application form and he lend it to me without hesitation. On the last morning I had an early check out at 3am and he prepared my breakfast to take away! It’s such a kind gesture. Lovely! The location is very very good as it’s walking distance to the main attractions within 2-5 mins walk. The rooms are clean, tidy and complete for what a guest house style facilities have. The rooftop has an awesome view of the dome and I enjoyed watching sunset and sunrise there. This is a place where the host will give so much value for your money and it’s absolutely a no brainer for everyone to experience it.

Rooms are a little small but I’m a 6ft guy with big luggages but it’s really not an issue to me as most of the time I’m not spending in the room.

This family hotel is a little gem in Bukhara. The location is superb, the hotel is very clean and cosy, the communication prior to our arrival impeccable and, above all, the roof terrace is perfect to start your day or for a nightcap. The family that runs this hotel is kind, helpful and attentive, always eager to help or to exchange information, suggestion or experience regarding the city and the country. A standout aspect of our stay was the owner who went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome. Highly recommend staying here!

A brilliant little place, in an enviable location. Perfect place to stay, very close to all the places on your list, and some hidden gems nearby too :) The staff were lovely, very helpful and kind. They helped me with a taxi and various questions I had. The rooftop terrace - what a view! A lovely place to relax. The room was comfortable and the pillows were like clouds, heaven. Strong WiFi. The shower was amazing, great toiletries too. Breakfast was good, varied, hot and cold plates to fill you up for the day. I wish I could have stayed longer.

Fantastic stay in Bukhara in a family run hotel just by the main attractions of the city. Very clean, modern, recently renovated, with a generous breakfast and the best staff. The lady working at the reception with her family is so helpful and kind. She helped us book taxis to avoid scammer drivers. We also spent an unforgettable night on the property roof, watching the lights over Bukhara - priceless! I would recommend it to everyone coming in Bukhara, without hesitation, and I myself would stay again:)
