The staff were very helpful and lovely. The location in the centre of the small town was perfect for exploring The restaurant and bar had lots of people from the town as well as hotel guests. So expect groups of card playing men :-) The food was excellent and great value

Parking is very limited so avoid arriving during the lunchtime as the restaurant gets vey busy.

The flexibility and attentive nature of the staff, specifically Ana, the receptionist's, decision to swap our room for a more appropriate room following our request.

It wasn't so much a dislike rather than an unexpected surprise when our expected format for breakfast, i.e. a buffet breakfast in the hotel was changed to a more cafe approach in the hotel bar. It worked for us on this occasion!

Great place to stay and the lady on reception was lovely. We'd asked for a quiet room and she showed us 2 different rooms to chose from as one was at the front of the hotel overlooking the car park and she wasn't sure if it would be ok as it was a Saturday night. Breakfast was great, buffet style 9 euros pp. Not a huge car park but no problem getting a space. We didn't use the restaurant in the evening, opted to try a Halal place 10 mins walk away. There's a petrol station and a Dia supermarket not far away too.

The temperature in the room at night was very hot and the thermostat appeared not to work. Fortunately we were able to open the window widely and were then able to get a good nights sleep.

Very comfortable and clean rooms. Good location half way between Santander and Javea, our destination. Food in bar very good and staff extremely pleasant. Breakfast excellent

Parking was very very tight and i did get a scrape down the front wing of my car.

I stopped here on my way to Madrid, it is very convenient. It exceeded my expectations with the room which was very large, comfortable and peaceful. It is an older property with a restaurant and cafe but the rooms remind me of old school luxury and I thought it was great value. I asked for a quiet room and was given a quiet room. The reception provided great customer service. The restaurant who delivered me room service also provided great customer service. Both helpful and smiling which I really appreciate these days with so many misreable staff around in hotels that charge triple the price for less. Normal hospitality is becoming a rarity these days so if I see it, I have to point it out!. Old is Gold!. Also, the fish I had for dinner was delightful!. Thank you :))

The location is no beauty but that is not the fault of the hotel; it is a great stopover for a rest and yummy food. The parking for me was very difficult and tight but luckily reception helped guide me out!. It is a popular place no doubt!

Great stopover stay. Room very clean & comfy, especially bed. Ample parking. Restaurant & hotel staff very friendly. Good food at reasonable prices. Nice hot shower/bath. Quiet room. Great night's sleep.

Super staff, great location south of Zaragoza, the cafe bar is great, we had a super breakfast and far too much to eat, watermelon, cold meat, cheese, ham, coffee, juice. Toastada con tomate and croissant and pan au chocolat.

The car park outside is small and no guarantee of space if you arrive late, but plenty of street parking locally and the hotel has electric charging bays also, the Wifi is patchy and inconsistent

The room and bathroom were spacious and comfortable. The bed was comfortable. It was quiet.

The car park is quite tight but satisfactory. Some concern though as to where one would park if it were full as a space could not be reserved.

Very happy with the whole experience, staff were very helpful especially the waitress at breakfast as she spoke some English and helped us to understand translating for us If in area again would definitely return to El Patio.
