It was the typical four-star conference-type hotel you would expect to find in the middle of the logistical warehousing section in the outskirts of Zaragoza. No charm but clean and if you are lucky enough to have a view to the lake, not a bad view at all considering the location. The staff was pleasant and the indoor parking was a plus. The breakfast buffet was what you would expect for that type of hotel.

The keys kept on failing and we had to go to reception literally every time we tried to access the room. It would take two runs down to reception each time and only when they sent up someone with a master key did the door finally open. That was extremely annoying, especially considering I was on crutches with a broken leg. It would have also been nice not to find a crib in the middle of the hallway and instead get one of the larger suites like my colleagues got for the same price and with whom we arrived. A room closer to the elevator would have also been amazing.

Very impressed with this hotel. Easy, and free, parking in underground carpark with generous spaces. Bedroom large and very comfortable. We were given a complimentary upgrade to a Suite. Bathroom large with a bath. There was a Menl del Noche for 16 euros but we had the Entrecote steak, which was large and cooked to perfection. Very good wi-fi.

Both starter and main courses at dinner were delivered together. Hotel is at the back of the Industrial Estate. Nothing to do in the immeciate area. We knew this when booking.

The staff is super friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious (including a delightful mini kitchen area!) and very clean. The bathroom is modern and well designed. Lots of well-placed outlets for recharging. The restaurant has lots of very good, affordable dinner options. The breakfast buffet is outstanding... lots of very nice options. Plus the location is easily accessible from the highway, which was perfect for us. We'll definitely stay here again when we travel to this part of Spain.

Friendly professional welcome. Spacious room. Large comfy bed/clean rooms,secure parking. Reasonably priced food options .. sufficient to suit all needs after a long drive. Great stop over in the middle of an industrial estate, it seemed. However, not far from retail park.. Tip 24c perfect temp when only using one sheet on bed. Blankets and spare pillows are available in the room.

Not a deal breaker. Smell in accomodation corridor, possibly stale smoke or air con needs cleaned. Rooms fine. Might have just been our floor.

We booked a family suite for two adults, two teens, and were delighted with the accommodation. There was loads of space for us all, two bedrooms plus a double sofabed, and a gorgeous bathroom. The place was spotless, spacious and very comfortable. The location of the hotel is in an industrial estate, near the airport, and it isn't picturesque, but there's a bus every half hour into the city.

There was a small kitchen-type area, with fridge, counterspace, microwave, and hob, but no cups/plates/cutlery, or any way of making coffee/tea. That would have been appreciated.

Spacious warm clean suite, comfortable bed, excellent buffet breakfast, car parking on site. A little far out from the town, and the cycle path was a bit rough in places so when we went in we parked (for free) near the Aljafeira Palace.

Lack of pans, cups, plates, cutlery for the kitchenette, I assume we could have been provided with something had we asked, but we had our own.

Despite being in edge of industrial estate the hotel backs onto a park area with a fishing lake so views from our suite were lovely. We were in a junior suite with the settee bed in lounge area there was a kitchenette if we'd known we would have brought things to use. The fridge was a bonus in the heat. The evening meal was good and breakfast good The addition of fresh orange in the foyer and marshmallows were lovely. We loved it and staff were all friendly and welcoming. I had walk round park and lake with my grandson which although hot was lovely . The rooms were exceptional TV in both rooms and we could change to English a bonus . The 501 bus line is right out their front door, which is a direct route into the city center (the last stop). This bus line also stops at the combined train/bus station, so that made our return departure much easier and cheaper than a taxi, just €2 one-way per person. Note, the 501 bus line also goes to the Zaragoza airport! Super handy & close if you fly into Zaragoza! We also enjoyed their complimentary breakfast. It's much better than expected and sports a huge dining room! They also have an on-site restaurant that is open for dinner only, from 8 to 10 pm. It includes a bar and a nice outdoor patio. And the food is decent. There is also a nice lake behind this large hotel that has a nice walking path. Although we would have enjoyed staying in the city center much more, (great tapas restaurants all around the Basilica), the price of lodging at this Eurostar location was so much more affordable, which completely offset the time & expense of the bus rides.

The location. It is basically in an industrial warehouse zone. No restaurants or grocery stores are located in the immediate, walkable area. I guess I must have been confused by their "Centro Commercial" location. It is 35 minutes from the "City Center" by taxi or bus.

The double bed was gigantic and super comfy, and the room we were in was more like a flat, which was a nice surprise. We booked this hotel for one night because it's close to the local airport and the bus stop that travels from the airport to the city centre is right in front of the entrance. Breakfast (which you have to pay for separately) was amazing. Everything was very clean.

It wasn't clear on booking.com or on the hotel's website whether the hotel serves food or not (apart from breakfast), but once we got there, we found out they serve dinner until 10.30.

The property is well located close to the highway. The parking is excellent. The breakfast is outstanding... lots of choices. The staff are extremly friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious with excellent bathrooms and a good sized refrigerator.

The carpets in the hallways are not in very good shape.
