The rooms are spacious, very modern and comfortable. It's close to the highway which for the purpose of our stay fitted perfectly. In the area the price - value is the best you can find. We tried also the restaurant for dinner and we were quite happy with it.

Not something necessarily negative but was a bit strange when I gave the identity card being from European Union I got asked to provide the passport and that the identity card was not good enough, it took me by surprise I had the passport also with me and I provided it but European identity cards should be accepted don't see the reason why not as travelling within Europe Union is passport free.

It was the typical four-star conference-type hotel you would expect to find in the middle of the logistical warehousing section in the outskirts of Zaragoza. No charm but clean and if you are lucky enough to have a view to the lake, not a bad view at all considering the location. The staff was pleasant and the indoor parking was a plus. The breakfast buffet was what you would expect for that type of hotel.

The keys kept on failing and we had to go to reception literally every time we tried to access the room. It would take two runs down to reception each time and only when they sent up someone with a master key did the door finally open. That was extremely annoying, especially considering I was on crutches with a broken leg. It would have also been nice not to find a crib in the middle of the hallway and instead get one of the larger suites like my colleagues got for the same price and with whom we arrived. A room closer to the elevator would have also been amazing.

We had a wonderful stay at Eurostars Rey Fernando in Zaragoza. The suite exceeded our expectations, it was incredibly spacious, featuring two separate bedrooms, which offered great privacy and comfort for our group. The bathroom was modern, clean, and well-appointed, adding to the overall sense of relaxation. The bed was extra large (nice!) and provided a fantastic night's sleep, and the pillows were super comfortable, making it hard to get up in the morning. We also appreciated the central air conditioning, which kept the entire suite at a perfect temperature throughout our stay. Everything was spotless and well-maintained, and we enjoyed the quiet surroundings despite being in a zone with a lot of warehouses and transportation trucks but the free parking was nice. A fantastic choice for families or small groups looking for space and comfort in Zaragoza!

Without a car it is hard to get to the hotel.

Very impressed with this hotel. Easy, and free, parking in underground carpark with generous spaces. Bedroom large and very comfortable. We were given a complimentary upgrade to a Suite. Bathroom large with a bath. There was a Menl del Noche for 16 euros but we had the Entrecote steak, which was large and cooked to perfection. Very good wi-fi.

Both starter and main courses at dinner were delivered together. Hotel is at the back of the Industrial Estate. Nothing to do in the immeciate area. We knew this when booking.

The staff is super friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious (including a delightful mini kitchen area!) and very clean. The bathroom is modern and well designed. Lots of well-placed outlets for recharging. The restaurant has lots of very good, affordable dinner options. The breakfast buffet is outstanding... lots of very nice options. Plus the location is easily accessible from the highway, which was perfect for us. We'll definitely stay here again when we travel to this part of Spain.

Location near the airport. Huge room space. The biggest bed in my life!! Amazing breakfast, selection of hot food, cold cuts, bakery, fruits, drinks. I had a special request for my daughter's birthday cake, all were prepared in the fridge well. Beautiful lake and park with rabbits (in the morning) 2 mins by walk. Underground parking. Good choice if you need to stop on the way from north to south or vice versa.

The corridor floor should be renowated.

Friendly professional welcome. Spacious room. Large comfy bed/clean rooms,secure parking. Reasonably priced food options .. sufficient to suit all needs after a long drive. Great stop over in the middle of an industrial estate, it seemed. However, not far from retail park.. Tip 24c perfect temp when only using one sheet on bed. Blankets and spare pillows are available in the room.

Not a deal breaker. Smell in accomodation corridor, possibly stale smoke or air con needs cleaned. Rooms fine. Might have just been our floor.

We booked a family suite for two adults, two teens, and were delighted with the accommodation. There was loads of space for us all, two bedrooms plus a double sofabed, and a gorgeous bathroom. The place was spotless, spacious and very comfortable. The location of the hotel is in an industrial estate, near the airport, and it isn't picturesque, but there's a bus every half hour into the city.

There was a small kitchen-type area, with fridge, counterspace, microwave, and hob, but no cups/plates/cutlery, or any way of making coffee/tea. That would have been appreciated.

We stay in two bed family suite Although there is a microwave, fridge freezer and dishwasher. They do not provide any utensils, crockery or kettle. We know to take our own stuff now but it's just a needed point.

Spacious warm clean suite, comfortable bed, excellent buffet breakfast, car parking on site. A little far out from the town, and the cycle path was a bit rough in places so when we went in we parked (for free) near the Aljafeira Palace.

Lack of pans, cups, plates, cutlery for the kitchenette, I assume we could have been provided with something had we asked, but we had our own.
